We rented this home in Flagstaff for a week while we were taking our girls to college at NAU. This home did not disappoint. It was close to everything we needed. The yard is amazing and immaculate..Such a charming home.
We had a couple of extra requests of Lanna and she went way above and beyond to help us with our needs while staying at her property.
The house is decorated perfectly and I can't tell you how much it felt like home away from home.
The attention to detail from having coffee ready to go to ice in the freezer to the coziest of blankets. It was a real treat to stay here.
We will be back upon visiting or girls in college.
Thank you again for putting your heart into this home.

The home was in a great location, close to everything. The living room back wall is all large windows looking into the gorgeous backyard. The home was clean, cozy, and decorated very well. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The house was great!! Older house, creaks when you walk, but beautifully decorated. We had a great time. Patio was very comfortable and relaxing. Although, lots of misquotes so be prepared. Home owner was very attentive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends

Family of 4 + my mother-in-law visiting Flagstaff. The host was incredible! Checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. She also provided great recommendations for things to do. Cozy house in great location. Great access to urban trail for walk into town. A/C in each room cooled rooms down but kind of loud to sleep with on. Host very responsive. I’d stay here again!

This house was everything and more we could have asked for. Very clean, the beds were so comfortable, the house came very well stocked with clean kitchen items and clean bedding. It was really hot when we stayed and each room had its own ac unit that made it comfortable. The owner dropped off a fan for the main room for us. Communicating with the owner was so easy and very thorough. Perfect backyard to enjoy the mornings and evenings. Cannot wait to stay here again. And we will.

We loved staying at Lanna's house in Flagstaff! Everything was clean and set up perfectly for our family. It was an easy walk or drive downtown, and perfectly situated for road trips to the Grand Canyon and other destinations. There were also great trails nearby for morning walks. Definitely would return!

We chose this home, for a spring break getaway with our two college students, because of the raving reviews. We were not disappointed. From the moment we booked until the moment we left the communication was spot on. There was no question of what to expect and the home was perfect. My wife loved how it felt so warm and cozy and was so impressed with all of the details. Lanna was very interested in our trip and had some great recommendations for us, and just like the home they were spot on. Not a single complaint from us. I would not hesitate to book this home again.

From booking thru checkout everything was a breeze. This property does not disappoint!! This immaculate home is beautifully decorated and absolutely SPOTLESS. Its truly a home away from home. We cooked many meals here and Lanna (owner) has the kitchen stocked with things you take for granted in your own home. Condiments, spices, every type of cookware, etc you can ever need is in this home. The fireplace was so cool to have as this Phoenix mom is not used to 15 degree weather 😳. The backyard is beautiful and I can't wait to come back in warmer weather to enjoy it. I did sit outback on Christmas to check out the full moon!! The beds are super comfy with lots of extra blankets if needed. I am in Flagg a lot as my daughter attends NAU and there is no doubt that we will be back here. I truly can not say enough about this home. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you Lanna for being an incredible host!!! Happy New Year!!! Will see you again in 2024!!

If you're looking for a comfortable, well appointed home with all the amenities of home, book this now! We were so pleased with the home, communication with owner, and the location is perfect, being only minutes from downtown or the university, and easy access to get to Snowbowl. Great family style seating both inside and out with a great backyard for entertaining. We will definitely book again when the ski season arrives. I know flagstaff well, being an alumni, and have stayed in a lot of rentals. This jumped to the top of my list. You won't be disappointed.

Beautifully manicured lawn, privacy and grassy backyard area perfect for children, grilling and star gazing. This house is a 5 star rental, pristine and updated, perfect for our family, 2 couples and 2 small children. The kitchen was well equipped, very organized and had everything we needed for cooking meals. Lanna clearly has a passion for providing a great experience for her guests, was a great communicator, provided a bottle of wine and a bag of ice. I love those special touches. Location is 1.2 miles to the downtown area, walkable on the FUTS trail. This VRBO exceeded our expectations and we will return.

This was a very pleasant place to stay! I especially appreciated the spacious closets to unpack and hang things up. The baskets in the kitchen made it easy to see what snacks we had and the fridge was clean and roomy. The back patio was a serene spot to relax in the fresh Flagstaff air. Great communication with Lanna she was super helpful and the home was spotless. Very comfortable rooms and the beds were also very comfortable. The home had everything you need for a great stay. Both bathroom were large and stocked with towels and toiletries. Love the comfy robes in each room. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary stuff to cook and stay for awhile. Backyard was lovely with a nice outdoor table and outdoor seating. Thank you Lanna for making our stay very enjoyable and my daughters graduation extra special.

Perfect winter getaway house!!! Gorgeous space in backyard for playing with snow. Lived the fireplace and many bedrooms with walk-in closets. Owners are very friendly and accommodating, helped a ton with bedding for kids including pack n play and air mattress. Thank you sooo much Lanna!!!

The home is a cozy, comfortable retreat with large windows in every room. We love the natural, bright light in each room. The home is spotless with comfortable furniture and special touches and decorations of the season that make you feel at home. The well-appointed kitchen has plenty of attractive dishes, pans, and a great dining table for a good-sized group. In the winter, we enjoy hanging out in the living room around the gas fireplace and in the summer, we relax in the pretty back yard. Each bed is comfortable and the bathrooms have luxurious linens and towels and plenty of them. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and is convenient to downtown. We walk or bike ride to downtown Flagstaff. There are also bike trails in the neighborhood. Lanna answers questions quickly and provides great ideas for activities. She goes above and beyond, as a host. We can't wait to return!

Clean, well-stocked, and welcoming house with gas fireplace that warmed the main rooms and provided a nice touch of cozy warmth to our Christmas gathering. Our family so enjoyed staying in this lovely home. The location is perfect, walking/biking distance to downtown Flagstaff. Our 2 teenage sons loved that they each had their own room and TV. The home is very comfortable, cozy, and very clean. The host has gone above and beyond supplying everything needed for a comfortable stay. And did I mention very clean! Also, the beds were very comfortable. Honestly, I can’t say enough about how nice our stay was. We were able to relax, have quality family time and enjoy the many close activities in Flagstaff.

Comfy, cozy home
This property is a little gem in Flagstaff! It was not only spectacularly clean, but it also supplied everything we needed during our stay, including umbrellas, extra blankets, and make-up towels/washcloths. Lanna thought of everything! The location was perfect, too, allowing for an easy walk in to town, as well as to NAU's campus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and my teens said it was their favorite VRBO and couldn't wait to come back.

Great house in Flagstaff
This property is well stocked with all your needs in mind. The kitchen has all you need to cook and coffee was supplied. The bathrooms have shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Nice linens in both bathrooms and the beds are comfy. It was nice to have the back patio and a yard for the kids to run around in. The house is super clean. Upon arrival there was a bottle of wine and some cookies. Nice touch. Lanna the property manager was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful, warm, welcoming stay in Flagstaff
Everything was so well thought out from check in, to check out. The home was inviting, there were luxurious warm blankets and robes throughout, comfortable sofas and beds, a well equipped kitchen with everything you needed. There were fresh flowers on the dining room table, ice in the freezer and water bottles in the fridge. The home was very clean and we loved staying there - I think it has been the best experience so far. Thank you to Lanna!

We chilled by the fireplace and enjoyed watching the snow fall. Lanna was a great host - recommending restaurants, generously providing wine and cookies as a welcome and offering a spotless and charming home. We loved the quality linens, towels, and bath robes, big windows and the kitchen was well appointed. We would recommend this home and love to try it in the summer.

Absolutely amazing! CLEAN!! Can't say how nice it was to walk into this fantastic home. The cleanliness and attention to details in this rental was exceptional. There were so many little extras from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms that made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The location was fantastic and the back yard was a plus. Great property, close to downtown
Great stay, easy communication with the property manager and check-in/check-out instructions. There was construction occurring on the street, which we were warned of, but outside of the property manager’s control. Easy walk to downtown meant that it was easy to go get a meal or explore downtown without needing to fight with parking or Uber/Lyfts, and a small gas station nearby in a very convenient location meant that it was easy to pick up last minute supplies/refreshments when we had to go somewhere.
