Die Wohnung ist geräumig und angenehm im 1. Stock. Beide Schlafzimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir konnten in den Betten gut schlafen. Zimmer waren ordentlich und einigermaßen sauber. Die Lage war gut. Anschluss an Bus vor der Tür. Die Übergabeperson war pünktlich und sehr freundlich. Alles hat geklappt. Telefonate waren sehr freundlich. Absprachen wurden korrekt eingehalten. Die Reinigungskraft bei Abreise war muffig und hatte wohl einen schlechten Tag.

Badezimmer ist schon wirklich zur Überarbeitung fällig. Armaturen gehören getauscht. Das Badfenster ist defekt und ließ sich nicht mehr ganz schließen. Die Toilette wackelt. Parkplatzsuche ist Glücksache. Die Zimmertüren schließen nur teilweise, sind uralt und total verzogen. Der Fernseher ist nur über WLAN angeschlossen und verfügt wohl nur über ARD und ZDF Heizkörper in einem Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht.

The large size of the location was a plus. The living room is suitable for groups of 7-8 people, which is great when you're meeting local friends. Lots of services within 5 minutes walking range (supermarket, pharmacy, etc.)

The chandelier in one of the room was flickering intensely, completely with electric crackling and hum. General cleanliness is passable at best, like the greasy and dusty light fixture in the living, passable state of the porcelain in the bathroom, dusty corners. A bunch of stuff was also just broken: broken bathroom door handle (that actually locks people inside!) , fake leather seats that are shedding like an old dog, etc. etc. Building and immediate neighborhood is less than savory. The building especially, with its door open 24/7, dust and construction material all over and general pretty dusty. In general, I was expecting more for the price! (wifi isn't even included)

Leaving. And i left the apt cleaner than it was as I arrived.

The furniture was stiff and not at all clean enough. The hinge bricks for the ved frame was bent so the bed fell in and I damaged my legs. Ended up with me staying elsewhere. But the main factor was the host. Even though I booked and paid through here, he forced a €150 deposit or I could leave. This, after I landed and arrived at location with the apt already paid for. This deposit was never returned, no receit given but thank god I had a local as witness. And the host does not reply in any way. I feel scammed and so far by booking as well.

Great location, around 20 min by taxi or public transport to the city centre. Very spacious apartment. Nice kitchen with enough equipment

The shower was overflowing. So it was only possible to shower for maximum 5 minutes. Glad that there was also a bath tub, but the first day there was no 'stop' for the bath tub so we had to call the owner and he bought it the next day. It was also not discussed that we needed to clear the garbage, so when we wanted our de posit back the cleaners (who could only speak french?!) where pushing us to throw it away on the last day of our staying. Also the wifi was not working, and they had to come back to fix it. I also would expect more bath towels if we are staying 5 nights with 4 people.

Wifi provided for additional money and its quality was not good. The flat looks quite old but still it is ok to spend a couple of days there.
