The property was fine, but you could tell it was an older structure. the building had the strangest smell in the lobby and almost made us leave the second we walked in. the room was fine

there were two elevators which were definitely not enough, too many people using them throughout the day for it to be worth the wait. the hotel is also nowhere near the city center which is something to be weary of when booking if you’re coming to explore Indianapolis.

The friendly and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable. Ample bathroom counter area.

The breakfast was very good. Also really appreciated that we could purchase a cocktail and beer and watch a football game in the lobby. The staff was very attentive, especially Arthur.

Hotel was located close to food and shops.

This Hyatt Place has absolutely ZERO soundproofing. We heard everything. The sounds of the highway traffic to being able to hear the person above us urinating in the morning made me feel like I was back in my cheap college apartment not a Hyatt Hotel. Doors slamming and people yelling up and down the halls added to the unrestful stay. We will not return. Also, the front desk staff could use a class on how to properly communicate (smile) and greet people upon check-in and check-out.

the location to where I needed to be was close and the restaurants that were near the hotel was nice

there was no shower bench in an accessible room. I had to go buy one...
