We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s about 15 minutes south of Kona proper. There is a grocery store right around the corner, which was super convenient. The condo is stocked with all kinds of cookware, Tupperware, and cooking appliances. We made many of our meals and had everything we needed. The balcony is a beautiful spot to have coffee and enjoy the sounds of the birds. The kids really enjoyed the grass area where they could run around and also loved the pools. Great spot and highly recommend.

The condo was great. Sure the furniture looks like it’s out of the 80’s but it’s comfortable. What we really loved was that the home was stocked. There was snorkel gear, chairs, and a nice kitchen with all the pots/pans/utensils you would need. The condo is really like a home away from home. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Overall from start to finish, this was a great experience. My family and I (3 year old and infant) had a great time. The property was stocked with plenty of beach amenities - chairs, toys, umbrella and towels. The condo property has 3 pools to use along with grills available at each of them for cooking out. Great location to head to the south end of the island and the Kona area. This property specifically overlooks the Kona Country Club and has a great grassy area for the kids to play ball in the morning or evening. 10/10 would stay here again!

Beautiful property, condo has a great floor plan and the location was convenient for us. Very comfortable and relaxing. There were ants in the condo. Maybe better ant traps? Other than that it was a great place. We will definitely stay again.

Our family of 4 stayed for a week and had a positive experience. Emails from the property management kept us in the loop. The condo was clean and spacious. There are plenty of towels and linens. The beds and pillows were nice. One of my sons slept on the pullout couch in the living room and enjoyed his own space. Parking in a reserved carport was nearby. Grocery shopping a restaurants are also just up the street. We hosted dinner for 8 one night and we all fit on the dining room table. AC and fans worked great. We loved the authentic decor. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this condo. We will be back! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very nice unit in a quiet complex. Well outfitted kitchen and lots of space for family to spread out. Close to town and store and in a good location for day trips to beaches and snorkeling. Easy to communicate with property manager when we had an issue with the fridge. They were super helpful and came right over to take a look at it.

What a relaxing stay!. Close to Kona but not amidst the hustle and bustle. Quiet. Great artwork. Close to restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, golf course, etc. Tasteful layout and furniture. Extremely comfortable beds. Good recreational facilities on campus as well as excellent location to Kailua Kona beaches. Prompt response to issue. I felt like home.

We loved staying in this condo. It was spacious, extremely well-equipped and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for us. After a week in a hotel in Kona we moved to Hale Kanaloa for a completely different experience. We’d planned to rent a car but found we didn’t need one as everything we needed was a 10 - 15 minute walk away and the hop on and off bus into Kona was easily accessible if we wanted to go back (which we didn’t). We went to a different restaurant every evening - all within walking distance.

Fabulous Vacation Rental in a Great Location
Our family of four was extremely pleased with this rental property for our two week Christmas vacation - we'd go back again in a flash. The suite was very spacious, even with our two adult children, and had everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. It was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. It also offered beautiful views of the golf course and we loved both lanais. The property is in a fabulous quiet neighbourhood and complex, with easy access to surfing and nearby beaches. The overall complex was gorgeous and immaculately maintained and the three pools were amazing - offering lots of choice, great views and good relaxation. Boundless Hawaii was great to deal with and very prompt to answer our questions.

This was a wonderfully roomy condo, with more amenities than we ever dreamed of. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped, and it seems like they thought of everything else regarding our comfort and enjoyment. Spotless when we arrived, and easy to keep clean as all of the equipment and cleaning products were included. Pools were great, and it was really quiet at night. Terrific getaway place!

We truly enjoyed our accommodations at this property and felt it really was a home away from home. It's quiet so you don't feel like you are staying in a condo and with the golf course view you have a sense of privacy. My husband and teen girls used the jacuzzi to unwind every night while I was I content to do some reading in our traditional Hawaiian retreat. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The grocery store and a cinema are close by and we were within close driving distance to town. We did so much exploring around the entire island and were so happy to come home to this property. Our favorite restaurant was the Kona Brewing Company where they had some live entertainment and the food and atmosphere were a pleasurable experience.

The kitchen is impressively stocked with all you'd need. Our rental at 701 was absolutely perfect. It was decorated tastefully and was spotlessly clean. The setting for this unit is perfect and all was very quiet. People were friendly that we met. The only minus would be that there were no spices left. Had to buy salt and pepper.
