"Country Villa" cottage 8; 3 bedroom
Casa nueva, recién construida y decorada con buen gusto para acentuar nuestra región vinícola local de Ginebra. Esta nueva cabaña es una cabaña de 3 dormitorios, capacidad para 6/7 personas, con uso del sofá. Calefacción, aire central y calefacción por suelo radiante. Todos los muebles y electrodomésticos nuevos, 1 baño completo con bañera / ducha y lavadora / secadora, todas las sábanas de baño provistas (para 6 personas), dormitorio principal de matrimonio con mesa de noche y tocador y 2 dormitorios de repuesto de tamaño completo, ambos con mesillas de noche y tocadores. Mucho espacio en el armario, todas las sábanas proporcionadas. La cocina completa incluye estufa de gas (6 quemadores), lavavajillas, refrigerador de doble puerta con máquina de hielo y dispensador de agua y congelador extraíble, vajilla, utensilios de cocina, cubiertos, cafetera (suministros no incluidos), microondas, tostadora y manteles de cocina provistos . We've stayed in several cottages in Geneva on the lake in the past few years. This property is the cleanest, most spacious, and well maintained in our experience. Location is very close to the strip, but far enough for peace and quiet.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

My family and I decided to go to GOTL for a long weekend trip for Labor Day weekend. This cottage was the perfect size for us and in a great spot. It’s just a short walk or drive to the strip. Lots to do! The kids really enjoyed being close to the lake. They didn’t want to leave.

This place was cute. You can walk to the strip but I would recommend getting a golf cart. We had a couple of issues. The floors were very dirty so must keep shoes or slippers on unless you wanted black feet. The ants oh the ants....they were getting in by the kitchen sink and were all over the counters. Unfortunately we didn't notice until they were all over the food we had bought with us. I did text the manager and she replied quickly with a apology.

The property was located pretty close to everything and was easy to access and very clean! A sign in book and/or a few personal recommendations about area eateries and attractions would have been a fantastic addition, but overall a wonderful place!

I highly recommend this rental. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The photos on the listing are authentic and we really liked the location. We were worried it would be too far to walk to the strip however there were sidewalks and we had no problem making the short trip.
We will definitely stay here again! We visit the area at least once or twice per year and this was one of the nicest homes we have rented!

We can’t to GOTL to celebrate my 60th birthday and just have a little vacation in the summer. It’s only an hour away from our house which made it convenient. We really enjoyed GOTL and the house was the perfect location for us to bike down to the strip or even to the lodge for dinner. My elderly father who uses a walker was able to be comfortable and easily maneuver around the property.

We went to this location for a family gathering. We had a great stay. It was one of the hottest times so the lake was a plus. Beautifully appointed home and the owner was responsive and very nice. The house was within walking distance of a beautiful park and the ‘strip’. All in all a wonderful stay for everyone.

This was a very cute cottage and perfect for a little girls weekend birthday trip! The pictures on the listing are 100% accurate to the house. Everything was clean and ready upon check-in. The distance to the strip is not far at all, but part of the road is not super walkable, so we drove to avoid that. Theres a little pebble beach you can walk down to by the lake but no actual beach access by the house. Overall, a very cute and clean place for an enjoyable stay! Thank you!

I picked this because of the location and it being fairly new. i have 2 small children, we didnt hear partying or anything to keep us up too late from the strip. It was clean and had a nice kitchen which was important since we stayed 4 nights with children. It was also close to ashtabula which was nice and not too far from a giant eagle.

My friends and I had a fun girls weekend for Labor Day and we were so lucky to book this property - it was perfect. Megan and Ron were communicative and kind, and they let us park a little earlier than usual on our check in day. The lockbox entry was convenient and so easy to use. The cottage is clean, spacious, and contains everything you might need for a visit - comfy beds, laundry machines, a nice kitchen with cooking utensils and servingware, and a cute living room and entertainment system. We regrettably didn’t have the chance to use the outdoor deck area because it rained for much of the weekend, but we still had a blast and were so comfortable. The wine-themed decor was perfect for us, since we visited a few Geneva wineries! It was so nice to be close to the strip while also having the quiet of the private driveway, it was the best of both worlds. And the beach access/sunset views are gorgeous! I can’t recommend this place enough for a visit to GOTL.

The location and area was perfect for what we wanted. It's close enough to the main street but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The house was in great condition and bigger then the pictures look. I would recommend this house to everyone. It's open floor plan in the common areas were great for our group.

This house was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. A short walk or bike ride to the main strip. Beach was ok for young children but the young adults wanted more of the open water experience. Everything we needed was in the house. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Lake Erie retreat!!
We had a wonderful week at this location! I wish we had brought our bikes!! It would have saved a lot of money on parking in town when shopping or eating. Everything you need is here and if not the Dollar General in town has it!
We enjoyed the sunset every night and believe it or not we could catch the fireworks from the beach!

Good choice if you don't want to be on the strip
It was clean, cool, and comfortable. It's near the strip but not on it, separated by a local park. Lake Erie is maybe 100 yards away, with a small beach and breakwater. There's a large open field just out the door, where we threw the baseball. You have to drive to get to any of the attractions, but the drive is very short.

Great little get away.
The property was exactly as it was described in the listing. Everything inside was brand new and worked great. We enjoyed walking down to the lake with the kids to play around and then a short drive into town to enjoy the daily activities. It was very quiet and peaceful at night for a good sleep. I would recommend this place and stay there again.

Secluded beauty close to amenities
This is a beautiful serene property that seems secluded, but is only 1 mile from the Geneva on the Lake strip. We walked into town with no problem each night. The cottage is well appointed and in great shape. 1 Bathroom for 6 people was tough at times, but workable. There were no cushions for the patio furniture and I wasn't able to get a response from the manager about extra parking, but we made it work. We would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.

Great Place for the Children
At first I was hesitant being so far from the main strip. When we have went to Geneva in the past we stayed almost directly on the strip or as close as we could which was nice however this was not really a bad thing this time around. The place was far enough away to be quiet during the nights but close enough to still get to do all the things we usually did on the strip. The kids absolutely loved the private beach access as well. The youngest was a bit scared of the waves at the main beach but was having a blast at the private one due to it being shallow and sheltered from the waves by rocks. It was the perfect place for him to play in the water and enjoy himself. We would definitely stay here again.

It was easy to rent. The owners had instructions on what they expected for arrival and dismissal.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. It was great to be able to walk down to the private beach! The while family loved it. Close to the strip and wineries as well. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Pleasant stay
This property is pretty much brand new, very clean and in terrific shape. Owners/managers very accessible and not intrusive but they watch out to make sure ground rules are followed.
