Amazing location, right in the center and close to everything. We got a room with a spacious balcony. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They don’t serve breakfast but there is a good restaurant beside it that serves delicious breakfast.

The mattresses are very uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel is perfect - it's close to many popular attractions and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for tourists. The staff were also a standout feature of my stay. They were friendly and attentive, and even surprised me with a birthday cake as a gift. I want to give a special thanks to the cleaning lady Zubayra for her warm congratulations - it was a nice and unexpected touch that made my stay even more memorable.

The equipment in the room was outdated and could use an upgrade. One thing that did bother me was the request to give the highest rating. While I understand that the hotel wants to maintain its reputation, it's important to let guests leave an honest review based on their experience.

Difficult to say.. maybe the soundproofing, sometimes i can still hear noise from the street (when they set a very loud music only)

Great location close to the Boulevard and close to small shops for anything we needed. Very close to a huge selection of restaurants, too. Room was lovely and we loved the balcony. Great guys on reception, always very friendly.

A neighbour played music loudly one night but it was dealt with very quickly

Located right in the center of the city, walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Staff were super welcoming and friendly to chat to. Bed was so comfortable! Room was beautifully decorated and the shower was power and hot!

I was upgraded to a front room with a balcony which was beautiful however there was alot of noise in the evening due to traffic outside. It did however finish around midnight.

I loved everything. Location is grate, even though hotel in the old town it wasn’t noisy, rooms are clean and stuff are polite and friendly. Highly recommended. P.S I got traditional baklava as a welcome food and I loved it! Such a beautiful gesture.

Location was perfect - super central (but quiet at night), close to evertyhing: the boulevard, shops, restaurants and many other main sights. Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and nicely decorated.

Only one, rather personal, is that the mattress was very soft, which made our backs hurt.

I really appreciated the friendliness and hospitality of the guys at reception. Who were both talkative and helpful. The added Baklava in my room on arrival was such a nice touch. It’s also in the perfect location.

The only small problem I had is that the bedsheets were too small. I wondered if I had been given the wrong size at first, and didn’t ask, but even after it was changed they were the same size. I would wake up in the morning and a lot of sheets were pulled away. Which wasn’t comfortable.
