L'appartement est fidèle aux photos, il est très spacieux, clair, bien équipé, le lit est bien Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour Placencia, où les hôtels de qualité équivalente sont à plus de 400 euros/jr

les fenêtres de l'appartement devraient avoir un rideau obscurcissant de type black-out car la lumière entre à plein dès le lever du soleil nous avons passé 5 nuits consécutives sur place et aurions apprécié que la femme de ménage passe au moins une fois la serrure de la porte d'entrée ne fonctionnait pas bien

The pool and grounds were beautiful.

The unit was tired. Needs upkeep. The doors don’t work properly, the WiFi went down for the majority of our stay.

Location is amazing, right on the beach, almost private like.

A bit far from the center, you definately need a car rental and I suggest you get it before getting there.

If you want an authentic Belizean experience it's the perfect location to go to Seine Bight. The people there are very friendly and the local food was amazing to sample. Especially Miss Verns and Finger Foods delight (see Clinton the barman for good drinks and chats).

It's a little far from the main tourist area in placencia, you would need to taxi or rent a golf cart and drive there. But if you want to be away from it all then I would recommend. Few over looked cleanliness issues and the door was extremely difficult to lock/unlock which did not seem to concern management as much as it did us... but not really a deal breaker..

The property was clean and tide up, had all that we needed and very comfortable bed with clean nice sheets.

nice pool, beach dock ok, weather was bad so couldn’t use beach. Condo was very clean and while older was just fine.

shower needs repair to work properly, and toilet was an issue until the septic tank was pumped on our last day. not close to anything so a car is a must!

We really liked the location - breachfront! The pool is nice and the landscaping and overall appearance of the area is great! The condo was clean and comfortable. It's a distance from the "village" but we enjoyed the restaurants that were nearby and really had no need to go to the village. We will definitely return to this location again! The staff could not have been any better -- super, super people!

Beautiful, comfortable room with large terrace and view of the pool and the sea (through the trees). Walking out on the pier during the day or at night wad lovely.

It's a bit far from town, 10-12 minute drive, so you need a car. Also we didn't check our email and had ni reception anyway most of the day, and vacasa needed to verify my identity before giving us the code to get in, but the number to call was not on WhatsApp so I had to call via mobile and incurred charges.
