Always staying good and comfortable,staff friendly and nice most of all in frontdesk..my room always maintained cleanliness..the cleaners,polite and helpful..foods are good..I want to come back here again..only this hotel I stay in ahmedabad...

Rooms not clean no proper pest control service is done cockroaches in room

The rooms could have a coffee table to make it easier to eat in the room. Ordered breakfast in the room but took an hour to deliver it.

Really bad experience. I’ve stayed in Bloom before in various cities and they’ve never disappointed but the staff and cleanliness here in Ahmedabad was just so bad. It was so disappointing to be paying for a 4 star property only to wait for an hour with ignorant staff with rude attitude and then to see dirty sheets. The staff were not professional neither welcoming.
