The location is superb. The communication worked perfectly.

This is not a hotel in my opinion, it is more like an AirBnb. The rooms are functional but super small. Not what I would call a „suite“. Price is relatively high for what it is I believe. There is no Lobby/Bar where you could get some work done while your family sleeps upstairs. I was missing this.

Best Stay was very nice. The room was good and clean and the location was great, that was a must as we only stayed 2 days in Paris. Very easy and smooth communication. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, room was clean and was very easy to check in/out.

The aircon didn’t work properly, it leaked water every time we turned it on for more than 10mins. We tried to get in contact with the host but never heard back.

The apartment is located in a vibrant part of the city and is thus surrounded by multiple bars and shops. The room itself has everything you need. It is quite small, so its the perfect choice for people who are spending most of their time outside exploring Paris. Everything was clean and we slept very well as the window was facing the courtyard and you didn't hear any noise from the street.

It would have been nice to find something to drinks (mainly water) in the fridge upon arrival. Moreover the area around the sink should be renewed as some wooden parts are beginning to fall apart.

Owner/staff were so helpful and friendly and replied so quickly when contacted. The location is amazing and the apartment we had is beautiful and spacious, with everything you could need and a super comfy bed. The apartment is well soundproofed to both outside noise and other apartments in the building. Additionally, the pizzaplace on the corner was amazing and handy to have almost next door after a long day of touristing. Honestly we just never wanted to leave and can't wait to stay there again next time we'll be in Paris.

Great location. Parking option (for a fee) was quite convenient if that's your means of transport arriving to Paris. Nice cafés and restaurants on the same street and obviously in the area. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The apartment's interior is slightly outdated and needs refreshing. This did not impact the good comfort and stay overall.

Amazing Parisian place for a couple. Fantastic location. Walking distance to the Louvre, Orsay, Opera, and dozens of restaurants near by. Modern, beautiful, clean, quiet and safe. The place we stayed at was spacious and with all the amenities we needed. Nice view too. The pictures are 100% accurate. Additionally, Alex, our host was very kind, helpful and accommodating.

Host was very polite, friendly, helpful and made us feel welcomed. The location was perfect, close to everything in the city. Facilities were clean and well looked after.

The stay would’ve felt more comfortable if there was two pillows on each side of the bed, instead of only having one each.

The host of the property had great communication throughout and it was very easy to get the keys for the apartment and to check-in and out. The host also allowed us to keep our luggage at the property after check out so we could continue to explore the city before heading to the train station. The location of the property is amazing, it is very easy to get to the metro station, bus stops, Gare Du Nord and monuments and the 2nd arrondissement has great bakeries, restaurants and more all within walking distance. There is also an elevator.

The soundproofing of the studio apartment was poor. This meant that your could hear other residents in the hallway, when they're using the elevator and when showering/flushing toilets. Due to this, I would not recommend the property to anyone who is a light sleeper. Additionally, the apartment was modern but had visible signs of some wear and tear, which could be fixed/renovated.

Lovely staff - Alex was so friendly and helpful. great location and great building! so cool and get very ‘Parisian’. very clean, modern appliances, comfy bed, hot shower.

Good location, was easy acsess to the metro. Hosts were very nice.

A bit confusing to check in, had to have an exact time, which was tricky, as we travelled by train and taxi, and didn’t have an exact check in time for the host. Found our phone charger hidden deep under the matress after the room was cleaned, which was very strange. Took us almost 45minutes to try and locate it.

Best Stay Appart Hotel was a fantastic place to stay. Our host Simon was very welcoming and was easy to contact and timely with their communication. The building the apartment was located in made you feel like you were living like a local Parisian. The street it was located on was nice and quiet. The room itself was modern, clean and spacious. It also comes with Netflix which was nice to watch and unwind with after a long day of sight seeing. The location is well positioned and within walking distance of bars, cafes, shopping malls, public transport and main attractions. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

The location was great, the Host was welcoming.

The door in bathroom was always open, as the Lock was only from the inside, and it was impossible to close it. And as the bed was superclosr to the bathroom it was uncomfortable . The window was broken. The Host was not able to fix it.

LOCATION IS GOOD

Room`s bed is small. Many persons who are not hotel customers and staff are in and out this hotel.

Room was spotless clean, facilities were excellent and was exactly as shown in the pictures (we had the Deluxe Junior Suite for x3 people). Alex, the Apartment host, was really helpful. Prior to our stay he sent details of the nearest stations, facilities etc. and then on check-out day he stored our luggage for the day. He gave us some hints about the local area and gave us his contact details if we needed anything whilst we were there. I would definitely return!

Nothing, it was great and the apartments were a great location to easily travel around Paris. Would happily stay again if I returned to Paris.
