The house itself has a good layout for groups. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and is relatively walkable to many areas of Bend. Ultimately, the price is way too high for how dated the rental is; it could use some major updates. The worst part was how uncomfortable the beds are. Every mattress was hard as a rock and the frames were squeaky. No one in our party slept well and we nearly cut our stay short because of how uncomfortable they were.

Apparently if you go on vacation and turn off your phone and enjoy your vacation, in just 4 short hours you will have the cops called and the property owner will show up if you leave your pet in a kennel in the garage with water and food and they whine a little bit.
NEXT the hot tub has A CAMERA POINTED RIGHT AT IT ! This is not acceptable and needs to be remedied. All of the furniture in the house is old , there is half opened paint cans inside and outside of the garage and a child could easily get into.
The construction next door was so loud I could not put my children down for a nap Saturday afternoon.
I will never use this property again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Cannot say enough about this wonderful rental! Its location was ideal for getting to downtown , restaurants and breweries! This quaint cottage had absolutely everything one would need for a vacation and corresponding thru Arrived was very easy!!! We will definitely rent Huckleberry Cottage again for our next trip to Bend!

Perfect location for a short stay with friends (with older kids--11 and 14). Loved the short walk to the Victorian Cafe, Drake Park, and the easy drive to Bachelor for some spring skiing! Highly recommend.

It's always nice when a VRBO property is clean when you get there. And it was well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. I think I noticed a martini shaker in the cupboard. This is a great spot for a small family. Two great bedrooms and a bunkbed room for the young ones. The perfect amount of space and some outdoor amenities too.

We had a great time. Everything was what we wanted including the hot tub. The kitchen was fully loaded with anything you could need. The neighborhood is in walking distance of a lot of delicious restaurants.

Great house in an awesome location with plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and two little kids, and dog. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals at home. It was also well stocked with laundry detergent, and all other basis necessities. We did have a couple of maintenance issues, but the host was very responsive and addressed all of our concerns immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked how well the kitchen was stocked and the furniture was comfortable. We did enjoy the ping pong. It really is a nice place. Only 1 critique would be the master room mattress needs to be replaced.

What a spectacular little house. It is perfect for 5 or 6 people. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the hot tub is an awesome treat at the end of the day and location is amazing. We were lucky to find this little gem!

Our family had to gather in Bend for several days to attend to a serious family matter, so we needed a house that was calm and quiet. This house provided us a place to relax after some long, hard days. We appreciated its cleanliness, amenities, and walkability. We may be back to Bend in the near future and would definitely stay in this house again.

The communication and follow through with the property managers was great. The location is really hard to beat. Comfortable place all around. Hot tub on cold nights not too bad either.

We were so happy that we found this great house. It was right in an area with tons of great places, most of which were within walking distance. The house looked just like the pictures so there were no surprises. The beds were quite comfy, as were the couches and chairs. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. We truly loved our stay and would stay here again anytime we are in Bend.
The only feedback we had was that the hot tub would not go down lower than 109 degrees. We all looked at it and could not figure it out. I just thought that going forward you may want to have some instructions on that.

Quiet neighborhood, plenty of room for 4, excellent kitchen with supplies, wonderful hot tub, a/c worked great. Easy parking, close to brewpubs and other eats, supermarket not even a mile away. Close to river fun and concert venue, and loved the pingpong table.

We had a lovely 5-night stay at Huckleberry Cottage! The location is ideal; close to tubing, the ampitheater, the Old Mill District, downtown and tons of great restaurants. The house is in a nice, very quiet neighborhood where we enjoyed walking our dog. We loved the openess and flow of the kitchen, dining table and living room - a perfect space for hanging out together as a family. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were super comfy and the amazing AC was a blessing during some very hot weather. We appreciated the great email communication and the seamless check-in and check-out. We'd stay here again!

We loved our time at this home. It’s very clean and everything is updated. It lives larger than the pictures depict. Our only complaint is the pin drop on the map in the listing is several blocks from where the house is actually located. We expected to be a 15 minute walk from downtown and the old mill area and instead we’re a 25 minute walk from both.

The Huckleberry Cottage was very nice - spacious, well-decorated, tons of amenities (best smart TV I've ever seen) with a top notch kitchen. But what set this apart was the customer service! Any question I had was quickly and delightfully answered. I really appreciate that!!

The cottage is just right for two couples plus. The location is convenient for mountain, river, and town. The only limitation is kitchen gear--we had to buy several items to cook. Otherwise, a good place.
