While the neighborhood was quiet, sleeping in was interrupted by the every day hotel noises.

The owners/staff are very nice. They try to accommodate you as much as they can. You can use the refrigerator to store some foods. There are 2 lovely dogs, who are very friends that meet and great you. You can park your car if you have one. The bus stop is about 3 minutes away , and also the pharmacy and a bar/tobacco shop / grocery store where you can get quickly a few things. Be careful because you can get a bus/metro pass at the bar / tobacco shop , they might say no, but that is not true. Not much else around there that is interesting, and it is about a good 40 minute bus/metro ride to the Rome termini.

The rooms are very basic, and the beds we had were old, and one of them squeaked when you moved, so good luck if you are having alone time with a partner, you might have a bed that makes a LOT of noise. The bed itself though is comfortable, and the pillow was nice. Clean sheets too, and towels.

Ratio quality price really good. It is in the periphery of Rome city centre but reachable with frequent buses that connect you with the metro

Noise, and location. It is in a located in a insecure part of Rome (lot of delinquency) with difficult access to the metro (25min of walking). For a girl it is dangerous to come home to the hotel at night by walking from the metro. Need to take a taxi.

The personal was extremely friendly and nice, the reception was open all day long and even if it was a bit outside of town we had a good connection to the metro via Autobus (which came quite regularly even in the early mornings and late nights). The bathroom and bed was clean. The house has a nice terrace outside. it has AC, quite necessary during the hot summer nights.

The floor of the room was a little bit dirty and some parts of the room were unfinished/destroyed. You could hear the people outside the room which was a little bit annoying. The cleaning staff left our room open - we were a little bit shocked realizing that our room wasn’t locked up anymore when we came back- But I guess that was just a one time mistake (And fortunately nothing was stolen).

It is a hostel with small rooms and spring foldable beds which squeak throughout. The aircon doesnt work properly and the staff dont speak English. You will find it difficult to communicate with them and i would advise families to avoid it as its a hostel and odd people were staying there. On top of it this is a poorly maintained area of Rome about 28 minutes drive from colosseum

The hotel is nice, rooms looks good and they are equipped with basic furniture. Staff is friendly and willing to help.

Location is not the greatest, but given lower prices, this can be understood. From Rebibbia metro station there are many buses passing very close to the hotel. Rooms are small, but cosy.

The room was modern-ish and the air con was very useful as it often reached 36 degrees. Nice bathroom too

Location! Looks close on a map but is actually nearly and hour to get to the centre of rome. Didn’t get any shampoo shower gel stuff. Was very loud at night with people running down hallways

Owners were rude, receptionist lady don't know how to talk with customers, no customer service just want to loot people. They wanted us to charge for 1night where we slept on broken sofa with ticks. Very unhygienic, dirty kitchen to cook. Water was soaked in bathroom, after shower. Flush was broken too.
