Great location, great communication with the host, comfortable and clean and has everything you need.

if I was being picky I’d say a better glass collection: there was only one champagne flute in the apartment (other glasses were available)!

Nice big one bedroom apartment nicely redone and beautifully decorated. It’s walking distance from anything in Epernay.

Location is excellent!

It was pretty cold when we arrived, and we had some difficulty getting the heat to switch on. Our host was attentive to the problem, but we eventually got it going. It would have been nice to have it already on when we arrived.

Advance notice about plumbing problems

Very poor and downscale entrance into building , kind of low class and spooky. 2 floor up with narrow stairs, horrible with suitcase. Shifty, non transparent pricing shown on booking site with a 29$ charge for room cleaning hidden like a local charge. Price of room charged several weeks prior to arrival. No breakfast available

Adorable apartment in the center of Epernay. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we could have asked for.

No laundry facilities

Great location near to shops and restaurants including the famous Avenue de Champagne. Recently renovated with new furniture and comfortable bed.

Although the apartment seems to be recently renovated, it lacked places to hang and unpack clothing and belongings. Oddly, there was no coffee table, bedroom drawers or armoire, bathroom shelves, or surface to place anything upon. Towels were slung over the shower door to dry. We had to use a windowsill to place some toiletries and while changing clothes had to go on the floor. The description states a KING size bed, however, it is a QUEEN which is 160x200. I feel this should be updated as it is misleading. Also, you must be aware that it is two flights up a winding steepish staircase. Can be a challenge with luggage. The ad only mentions stairs and not the second level which in Europe equates to the third floor.

Nice apartment Very clean Excellent location

When we came to the apartment after a long journey the code to the key box was wrong. No problems I thought and called the owner. No answer/answering machine! Kept calling and also writing on booking’s messanger. We went down the stairs again with all out luggage and dragged them to a café. Discussed if it was a hoax and if we should try to find a hotel. Kept calling and writing. Finally I got a message saying that we had been given the wrong code. Things happen and if you let an apartment for €160/night I think you should keep your telephone so you can here it. Especially when people are expected to check in but actually also at all other times you have guests.

Excellent location for restaurants, bars and champagne houses

Bed wasn’t the comfiest but coped for 3 nights when we found additional pillows
