Nahe Zentrum, wir konnten problemlos und in kurzer Zeit an die schönen Orte gelangen.
Aussen unscheinbare Liegenschaft, Innen ein schönes Treppenhaus mit vielen kleinen modernen Wohnungen.
Alles ist sauber. Der Code geht für die Eingangs- und die Wohnungstür - ist sehr praktisch. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, alles Nötige haben wir gefunden.
Der Kontakt mit dem Host war jederzeit freundlich und über WhatsApp schnell hergestellt.
Lebendig mit den vielen Nachbarn, in der Nacht recht ruhig
Das Studio könnte mehr Tageslicht haben. Jetzt Ende Oktober 2023 war es in der Nacht bereits kühl. Die Temperatur, welche der Gast bis +3° selbständig höher einstellen könne, konnte - offensichtlich aus staatlichen Gründen - nicht verändert werden. Im Studio hatte es aber auch keine zusätzlichen Decken. Erst auf Anfrage per WhatsApp gab es dann eine dünne Baumwolldecke dazu.
Das Bett war uns zu kurz (wir sind 185 und 174 cm gross).
Im modernen Bad mussten wir das Wasser zuerst eine Weile laufen lassen und erst dann wechselte die Temperatur von kalt auf warm. Schade für all das vergeudete Wasser.

TV was very unresponsive to remote. Couldn’t turn tv off some nights.
Coffee machine was temperamental.
No working lights on the hot tub (as seen in pictures of the property).
No direction for where to take out bins. (Although small print of the handbook stated a €50 fine if these were left…)
No ‘option’ of extra towels, extra toiletries, extra coffee or sugar etc)
Apparently didn’t come with any salt, pepper, oil, balsamic. I.E. Basic cooking necessities.

The location of the property is fabulous! Quiet, cozy and clean. Easy check-in and super responsive staff. The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything you’d need. The beds were comfortable and the room we were given had an extra basement room with a pull-out couch, bathroom and TV. Two close parking lots, one in ZTL and one not…but open 24 hours!
The walls weren’t very soundproof, so you could hear people in the next room chatting or coming and going. The air conditioning definitely cools, but it’s not cold.

Best location for someone who wants to travel by train and be close to the city centre. Nice flat, with all the staff you need for few days stay. Quiet location, shop nearby. Spacious flat, with table, chairs. Very comfy bed.
Shower with no curtain so water was splashing around when in use. Otherwise very nice, big bathroom.

Clean and modern rooms with great design features. Great central location. Will definitely go back the the apartments but maybe try another room style.
Couple of things were not quite there, like the safe didn't work, lock on the bathroom door didn't work and also Jacuzzi bath was only one person not the double that I thought I'd booked. But these are all very minor things, the apartment was great its just a few little annoyances like not having any windows to look out of as they were either on the floor or up near the ceiling. Very limited headroom too, so be aware that the majority of the apartment has restricted headroom.

Location was fantastic, and super accessible. Quick walk from the train station and easy to find. Kitchen was nicely equipped with cookware and utensils. Laundry facilities available after 3:00pm which was an added bonus for those travelling for an extended time. Check in was easy and details for arrival were forwarded promptly via text and codes provided for keyless entry into the building and our apartment.
