Everything was first class from start to finish. Friendly messages, immaculately clean, well-appointed. Accommodation was superb; spacious, comfortable with excellent air con. Fantastic facilities with a great heated pool. The outside space is vast – with lots of sun and shaded areas. Lots of sunbeds, towels, furniture and facilities. This is simply the best villa we have ever stayed in and we will most definitely return. An exceptional standard of accommodation, great value and an accommodating host who has guest comfort and satisfaction as his number one priority. Thank you very much for a memorable stay.

It was a bit of a walk to the bins on a hot day (as we didn't have a car), but not a huge issue.

The host was really helpful and pleasant. The house was perfect for family or friends. Everything was as described.

We loved the whole house, wonderful for both big and small family's. Always sun or shade,what ever you prefer .Very kind host! Be aware that this house has alot of different levels , so alot of stairs. I general no problem, but if you have knee/hipp problems ect, this can be a challenge. We hope to come back again! This brand new, big villa is simply perfect! We were still hesitating at the time, but fortunately, we booked this heavenly accommodation long in advance. From our booking until we arrive at the villa! Luis gave us all the help (early check-in and late check-out without any fees, all the tourist information you want to know is the local advice! He is an excellent and very professional landlord! When we arrived at the villa, we were stunned: it was too big, bigger than the photo, and very, very clean! The 28 degree constant temperature salt water swimming pool is very clean, because the salt water swimming pool has no chemical composition, it is very comfortable and safe! BIG hot Jacuzzi for 5 people is amazing The outdoor space is excellent: beach loungers, beach towels, pool toys, BBQ, parasols, enough tables and chairs, garden, outdoor lighting at night, garden furniture, plenty of private parking spaces! The indoor space is also excellent: there are 2 living rooms, 70-inch smart TV, large sofas, panoramic living room floor-to-ceiling glass doors, the entire villa has very fast WIFI, very well-equipped kitchens, including all daily necessities, laundry room, All the rooms are very spacious with air-conditioning and comfortable beds, and the toilets are clean and stylish. The location of the villa is very good and very quiet in the residential area, close to all tourist attractions, beaches, important roads and the three major shopping malls of PUERTO RICO (CC PUERTO RICO, MOGAN MALL, THE MARKET PUERTO RICO) and three large supermarkets (MERCADONA,SPAR,HIPERDINO), we rented a car, which can be reached within a few minutes, so it is very convenient. Our stay at the villa exceeded our expectations. Located in a quiet residential area, the property is very big. Ideal for families, with plenty of bedrooms and sun loungers. The facilities were great including the slightly heated pool, BBQ and games room which provided great evening entertainment! Luis is a great host and is easily contacted through WhatsApp with any questions we had.

This is a very spacious and clean property with lots of room. In fact It took us a while to find our way around the place it's so big. The owner Luis was really friendly and kind and nothing was too much trouble for him. It was late at night when we arrived and hadn't received my request for a cot but Luis' wife quickly came over to bring us one. We enjoyed the outside area and pool and our teenager loved the games room in the evenings. The property is in a quiet residential area but is in walking distance, around 10-15 mins from the local Supermarket and a nice Restaurant next door to it. It's a great base to explore the local area which we loved. Mogan and Amadores were stunning. The property has everything you would need for a large group on Holiday together. It would be handy to hire a car although we managed with taxis that were very cheap (4 euros to the local beaches) It would be good to have another baby gate for families with toddlers.
