Beautiful pool and great location

Breakfast choice was awful

The pool is nice with a nice view

A but noisy even if you are on the second floor, you can still hear motorbikes and cars

The room was big and the bathroom was clean. However the tap was sticky so could not get the shower head to work properly. But everything else was great.

I could not operate the TV and the tap in the bathroom was sticky.

Breakfast was great , all the food we had was great,location was quiet my only criticism is it was hard to get a taxi

Good rooftop pool & view, bed was comfy enough

Stains on the sheets, duvet & hand towels on arrival, hand towel looked as though it had something wiped on it & left there. Bathroom smelt, which stank out the room. One of our window latches was broken so we couldn’t open it, and were too scared to open the other window incase it broke too. Rented a scooter from the hotel (which I believe they do their rentals externally) but the key/lock broke, leaving us stranded at the beach. We then had to taxi back to the hotel (which we paid for ourselves, on top of the scooter rental) and then were made to go BACK to the beach/scooter to get it fixed (which they were unable to do, and then tried to get us to pay for a new key!!!). Really disappointed by this as we ended up wasting about 2 hours trying to get it sorted when we had other plans to go sightseeing in that time instead. We received no compensation for our time or hassles, and no apology - so do not recommend hiring a scooter through the hotel. Room service on our first night took over an hour, which we had to follow up on, as I believe they forgot our order but again no apology or compensation. Do not recommend staying here unless you’re desperate for a good rooftop view.

Bathroom/ shower could use some TLC, the hot water was no always working (though it was always warm Anyway), air conditioning could use some maintenance. Was not cold

big bed, friendly staff, good breakfast, especially fried rice. The views and swimming pool are very beautiful

Had a great time at Canggu Dream Village Hotel. The room was good value for money, although there was a slight strange smell. The food wasn’t great, but there plenty of good options nearby. The 24-hour staff were attentive, and the rooftop pool provided a great sunset view.

The staff is just amazing, the kitchen is good and open 24/7, the room is cleaned every day, this is the best rooftop in canggu, this place was definitely worth it

For a tourist, this is not in the very center, but for someone who stays a month and gets a Moto, its way better than staying in the center cause you cut a lot of traffic when going to other places to explore the island! The deluxe room has 2 vertical windows which do let in quite some light, however the room could benefit of bigger windows with more lighting

Loved the property. All team is very helpful and hospitable. FnB, FO and HSKP were really doing a great job. Small comment to the owner of the place: Spent money of Name tags for your team members even if they are trainees. I mean that's how you increase your recognition in the market. You have a wonderful team but half of them don't have name tags. One more, invest in their uniform ) Respectfully,

Breakfast wasn’t good at all.

Great value for money, rooms were huge and clean with Netflix on big tv, rooftop pool was lovely with great views and lovely staff. Reception could organise scooter rental and transport services to other parts in Bali which saved a lot of hassle. Staff were so lovely and accommodating, very helpful when my bag was lost with the airline they helped me ring them

Not in a great location, if you aren’t planning to hire a bike I would not stay here as streets are not great for walking in Canggu. Could hear everything going on outside of the room including kids running up and down shouting early in mornings. Food was not good at all

Good location, quiet street with some restaurants, a small convenience store and a laundry shop. Breakfast was good, and staff were friendly. They were out of standard rooms when I arrived, so they upgrades me to a suite, which was enormous and had a jacuzzi.

Cleanliness is not optimal in the room and bathroom. Bed sheets were clean and changed every day, towels also, but there was dust and some small leftover spider webs in the bathroom which room service never cleaned throughout the week I spent at the hotel. No bugs in the room though :)

pool/ rooftop area was great room was decent & in a good spot.

customer service was average.. unaware of dietary requirements in the kitchen.. payed for breakfast but couldn’t eat anything and no one responded to my communications ..
