Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est au petit soin et fait tout pour répondre à vos demandes. J'ai voulu changer de chambre en court de réservation, Meta qui est à l'accueil à tout arrangé. Ces collègues aussi m'ont beaucoup aidés. Je recommande :)

Simple, affordable accommodation in the heart of a brilliant and thriving area. Respectably priced for an easy stay, had some of the mod-cons you'd expect for a short visit. My room was up two flights of stairs and away from the buzz of the street which allowed for an easy rest; exactly what I needed. Customer service was direct, simple, and friendly. Hotel communicated quite a few local services through chalkboards in the lobby, which is handy for those making last minute decisions.

Not as lush as it could have been for the price, and the first floor of the hotel appeared as if it was undergoing significant refurbishment which made some passageways a hazard. Get your glutes working when you stay here as the rooms will be up a few flights of stairs! Still great for the amount paid however.

Jag gillade boendet då det var underbar service, alltid så trevliga och hälsade på en. Speciellt ett stort eloge till Hye Bin som jobbade där, hon var alltid glad och pratade med en.

Det enda som jag inte gillade var att det var dålig tryck på duschen när man duschade.

The staff here is amazing, every time I stay here. Meta made sure my stay was perfect. It’s nice to see a smiling familiar face and meet other travelers. The pool is perfect for dry and rainy season, good billiards table , and perfect wifi. Get the balcony if you can, it’s worth it!

No safety box in room, which i find ridiculous considering that it is mainly foriegners that stay at the hotel.

The staff were incredible. They couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful! The location was great and the food offered was brilliant.

Only thing is there was no hair dryers and there was a school group staying at the same time.

The place is great, exactly what I was looking for. I felt warmly welcomed by Bong Inika and all the rest of the staff.

The staff are really friendly and the communal area is great with a bar, tasty restaurant, pool table and swimming pool. They offer loads of tours and information at reception for other travel as well. The location is amazing for backpackers as well. A swimming pool guesthouse right next to Bassac is incredible!

I was disappointed to see they advertise orphanage tours. Orphanage tourism is a really dangerous and exploitative industry. Please do not do orphanage tours in Cambodia! The rooms are quite tired and need upgrading and sound proofing. Bring earplugs!
