It was fine. Hard to find the unit in the dark. The oven was on when we arrived. There is mold on the shower liner. The electrical outlets are problematic. Some do not work, others have the plug fall out - don’t stay in....

Nice property with great #3, hole18 views. Had an issue when I arrived, couldn’t find the email with the code to get in. No response from the owner, service’s messages were full. Finally got in touch about 1/2 an hour later….not good when you have to pee!

Place was infested with cockroaches , both dead and alive.So many we had to leave early. Lost a day visiting with family. Someone knew the situation because the were roach bates everywhere. Notafide manager with no concern or refund.

This unit has a beautiful view and is well updated. Beds were super comfy. We wished the fridge had an ice maker. The outside stairs are very steep and not the best choice for older people, like my friend, especially with luggage. Good place to stay and quiet

The rental agency moved us to this unit after our initial unit on Pinehurst number 3 (Pine Valley condos) had the A/C go out. House was nice and well kept, and the response from the rental agency moving us was appreciated

Short walk to the Cradle and No.2 is a huge bonus; Outdoor deck could have been much cleaner as it was caked in pollen. Upgrading fridge to include ice maker would be bonus. Contacted management company to get early checkin and never got a return call or email.

We enjoyed our weekend stay! The property was conveniently located near the Fair Barn for the wedding we were attending. It's a short drive into downtown Southern Pines and Pinehurst as well. This place has everything you need and is very comfortable. It was relaxing sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course. We will definitely keep it on the list for our next trip to Pinehurst!

This is our 2nd time to stay here and we have the same pleasant experience like last time. This condo is clean and cozy. The AC is in good working condition during hot summer days. The property management is also very easy to contact and they also texted you to confirm you received all checkin info. Will rent again for sure.

Condo was a convenient location , roomy enough for 3-4 people. Pretty well stocked with basics. It’s pretty much as expected from pictures. Bathrooms could use an update. Main Living/ TV room & kitchen had everything we needed. Nice to have the balcony and table/chair set. WiFi worked great. Linen supply was minimalist (nothing extra - so without laundry in the unit, no ability to refresh towels, etc -/ fine for a short stay, but worth noting for longer stays). Also worth noting — there are 2 double beds in each room One bathroom has a very small shower. Other bathroom has an old school big tub/shower. . Would recommend for families in town for golf tournaments.
