Ines (the host) was always on hand to assist with any queries and ensured I was aware of all the breakfast and snack options freely available.
A no. 55 bus stops nearby and goes to Basel where other busses and trams connect to places of interest in Basel and the main line station.
It's only a 10 minute walk to the Vitra Design Museum.

Die Vermieter sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das ganze Haus ist praktisch und gesundheitsbewusst eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum schönen Detail! Die Ferienwohnung war extrem sauber.
Ein Fahrrad konnte ich auch nutzen ohne Aufpreis für alle eigenen Fahrten und eine große Tour.

Also ich kam erst nach Mitternacht an.Obwohl um 21 Uhr zu gemacht wird.,hat man hat mich sehr freundlich

Alles ist so liebevoll mit kleinen aber wichtigen Details ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass die Familie sich richtig Gedanken macht, was man alles so in der Fremde brauchen könnte.
eigentlich keine Kritik, sondern eher ein kleiner Tipp: Nehmen Sie im Sommer Mückenspray mit, um den wunderschönen Garten in vollen Zügen genießen zu können!

Location was easy to find, along busy main road, with free parking a short distance away on a quiet side street. Host was friendly & spoke adequate English. Room was small but adequate for requirements. Handful of nearby restaurants. Decent value compared with the local area but quite expensive for what it was. wifi worked fine, didn't try streaming. Good quality toilet paper. Breakfast wasn't provided but fruit was available.
Location on the busy road meant traffic noise was noticeable. Stay was during a heatwave, no A/C meant having the window open for ventilation, but meant disturbed with the traffic. Local church bells ring throughout the night to disturb further.

Wir waren von Dienstagabend bis Sonntagmorgen in der Pension, es war super schön und die Pension hat eine sehr gute Lage. Durch Bus und Bahn kommt man sehr schnell in die anliegenden Städte. Das Haus ist super schön eingerichtet und der Garten ist schön. Der Feigenbaum hatte reife Feigen, die super geschmeckt haben.

Das Haus hat Charme und ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Die Pensionswirtin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und Tipps zum Speisen gegeben. Das Haus hat auch einen hübschen Garten zum Relaxen.

Good information in advance, very nice, friendly and warm welcome by the host. The double room was fully equipped, including details such as multiple types of chargers. Very clear. Really an excellent stay! Location is on walking distance from restaurants and the Vitra campus.

The place was very good friendly lady the owner breakfast was good and owner was really helpful. A lot of histrionic interesting items in the house loved the history

The hotel feels homely and there was a good breakfast selection. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
There is no noise insulation whatsoever. I could hear every single thing that was happening in the adjacent rooms and was kept awake by other guests playing music and videos, and creaking floorboards as people walked past the room. The traffic noise was also noticeable, even though I was facing away from the street. Unfortunately I got a very poor night's sleep as a result.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts, who want to make you feel at home. Very spacious, comfortable, and clean room, with private and well-designed bathroom. Very nice toilet paper.

The breakfast was no frills self serve with pre-packaged cake rolls, a great selection of quality teas, coffee from a coffee machine, butter and jam, and I may have overlooked some more. No has browns, eggs or ham but for us it was just fine.

It's a lovely house with not too many rooms, very close to Vitra, easy to find a parking place in the nearby. Ines, the host, is very kind and make you immediately feel at home. The beds are really comfortable!
