Room was good & spacious, bed was clean..

Lighting need to improve. Electrical/Electronic items need proper maintenance.

I stayed in the Deluxe Supreme room 702. It's a new refurbished room. Everything was great. Mighty spacious room. Comfortable beds. Variety choices of breakfast.

When i was at the parking barrier gate, the guard said i need to inform the receptionist when i checked in. Unfortunately, no information details were given during check-in to get the free parking fee. End up paying RM15 for the parking.

Dirty carpet, walls and all facilities inside the hotel. Unfriendly receptionist. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with their management but seems like they don’t bother all the complaints at all. Please avoid to book this hotel at all cost!

The room was spacious. Tv was working.

The bath tub was leaking and I had to wait for an hour to get my room ready (apparently its the only suite). Towels were provided later of the day. Not happy with the cleanliness and also service.

Non of the things I like because it's really below my expectation or I would say, worst hotel ever lived from my life

Room - Smelly and sound proof from outside is bad, some of the places have obvious stains and cracks on the wall Shower room - from the picture, it shown there's bathtub but when open the bathroom door, there is no bathtub and no sufficient light in the toilet like haunted house's toilet + dusty +smelly too The cleaning staff is ok tho as they tried their best to spray essence in the room, front desk service is okok too, but for a RM 100+/night hotel standard, it's really bad (more room for improvement if you prefer this way) During night time, there's pub nearby and you cannot sleep well, checked out before 2am because the hotel is not for human to sleep in In short: Cleanliness: Smelly, dusty (made my partner had Sinusitis and got better after leaving the hotel), stains and cracks Sound proof: If you did not plan to sleep at night, you may choose to stay in this hotel Staff: Depends if you mind the service is so so Location: A little hard to find, have to ask 2 security guard to find my way at first Parking: Sufficient parking
