The route to get into the hotel, it is all muddy and unsafe.

Quiet, views from the balcony are great, staff are friendly and will go above and beyond to help you out.
Make sure you take the entrance closer to Mancora as the road is much better. Driving distance is longer, but probably quicker without having to battle so much sand.
WiFi in the room wasn’t great but worked very well in all the common areas.

Located at the seafront. With a pool and restaurant.
They didn’t warn about mosquitos. They should have some sort of electric mosquito repellents in the rooms. Also the neighbouring building is a house, not a hotel. They were partying until 5 am. Finally, this is applicable to all hotels in the area but access from Mancora is a nightmare! Tuk tuk is the only transport available and the road is the bumpiest on earth.

To access the hotel as all other hotels in Pocitas and Vichayto you have to get through a very rough, bumpy road.

the 20min tuk -Tuk taxi ride on the very uncomfortable road was painful and I ended up with bruises from it. all the hotels should develop a plan to either pave or maintain the road in better conditions. I believe this one factor will deter many repeat customers to look for a facility located elsewhere.

A pretty simple hotel, room, but in a wild place, with not many people around.. beachfront, 50m from the sea.. a lovely place quiet place. would definitely come again

The property I think it was great just the road from the town to the hotel or vice versa it is terrible you literally can come out without kidneys riding on those roads, it is the worst road I ever experience in Perú, if I was knowing about the roads I would not made my reservations on any of this hotels because of the road, I think owners of the hotels they should come to an agreement and pave that road and the only road that tourist go to those hotels.
