Location. Location. Location. It's so close to hongdae exit 5 where the airport train is. The room is unexpectedly spacious.

Carrying luggage climbing up or down 3-4 floors is a pain.

Everything was so easy! From booking, to check-in, all the way to check-out! Communication was very good, clear, and responsive through Kakaotalk. Any questions I had, they answered in a timely manner. The location is perfect - next to the subway (including a stop from the Airport Train (all stop)) and Hongdae Street. I was also able to do laundry, which was also around the corner. If I can come back soon, I'd stay here again!

The response from the staff is always very prompt, even at late night. Location is wonderful, near the subway station. Room is clean and cozy.

The hot water in the bathroom isn't warm enough, could be warmer, especially now is in winter.

The staff was really helpful. I was expecting to have a toilet with a bidet, but the staff kindly helped me searching one.

They say breakfast was included, but it was just some snacks and a drink can.

Location is unbeatable. 1min walk from exit 5 (closest to airport rail line) to the guesthouse. Room is clean with central heated floor. Size is good enough for 1 guest with a small area for luggage. Wide selection of TV channels. Host is so friendly and responsive to my request. Host contacted me via WhatsApp prior to my check in with detailed information for check in. Perfect personal touch. Check in and check out procedures is simple and smooth.

Carrying my heavy luggage walking up/down 3 floors is a pain. The walls between rooms are thin and noise control is weak. Easily hear neighboring rooms talking/laughing late at night (nothing related to host, purely the behavior of guest)

the floor heating was a bit too hot. leaving my stuff on the floor will make it hot. I can't even leave my luggage lying down.

it was conveniently located near the subway station which made coming and going to the airport very easy.

the building smelled of smoke. even with a mask on, when you walk into the building, it had such a strong smell of smoke that it was suffocating.

the location is very convenient, short walk from exit 5 and has escalator too so you don't have to climb stairs with luggage. unfortunately building has no elevators but it's fine since it's just 3 floors ^^ if you enjoy walking, there are few other exits to explore~ overall, I had a great stay and would consider coming back again! It's very cosy, location is great too! Thank you~

The self check-in was easy and convenient, the staff replies fast to any questions by messenger. The room was clean, pretty comfortable. Looks renovated recently. The wifi works well, and the location is amazing.

I could have given it a good grade if it weren't for the noise! There's a big insulation and soundproof problem, it's like the walls are paper-thin. You can hear the others guests as if they were in your own room, talking, sneezing, snoring, drying their hair at 4am... There's also a huge gap between the door and the doorframe, so you'll have the light from the corridor lighting up your room at night. I felt no privacy in my own room... The 'breakfast' included was also really disappointing, basically it's just a can of apple juice, some nuts and a Choco Pie. So overall definitely not worth the price I paid for!
