Property was great and really good location

Very nice boutique hotel which opened in 2019. Excellent accommodation. Room a bit small but OK for short stay. Within town wall with secure parking only 5 minutes walk. Good breakfast. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

You had breakfast in full sun. More shade required.

Quiet and a nice garden

Our room (number 6 - a garden view suite) was a bit like a bunker. Rather dark and gloomy.

This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. This was centrally located, tranquil and very comfortable. Great care was taken to help us reach the bed and breakfast by organising a taxi for us from the airport. Thank you also for the fabulous gluten free breakfast. Really wonderful choice.

Location, the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The communication was easy and helpful.

Great room which was clean and had everything we needed. Mini fridge in room and was very spacious for the few days we were there. No problems with check in and we left the keys in the room on leaving as the reception wasn't open, as advised. Brilliant location for us, everywhere was within walking distance. We walked to the train station in 20 minutes. Room was cleaned as often as we needed, just put a sign on the door handle. The room was very modern and had everything we needed including a hairdryer and toiletries. Very comfortable bed and plenty of extra cushions which I needed as I am 7 months pregnant! We had the room next to the reception desk and had no issues with privacy and no noise from the desk.

We had no issues! The reception desk isn't manned all day but this didn't cause us any problems at all.

Great location within the walls of Lucca. Quiet neighbourhood, interesting building and sympathetically modernised. Lovely garden and excellent breakfast served outside within the garden .

Location. Quiet area yet close to the main sights. The room was beautiful , with very high ceilings, painted in the possibly the original design of the old house it was. Great rainfall shower. Nice toiletries. Bed excellent. Aircon great.

The room was small. We didn't know where to put our suitcases. They had no suitcases stand. The toilet door open on the left side of the bed so when my partner had to get up to use the toilet I would wake up as the light hit my side. The room was also right next to reception so when we opened our door anyone could see inside we had no hallway as such if you know what I mean. So it felt we had no privacy. That was disappointing as we were looking forward to a big room with a view of the garden maybe. Avoid room 4 and 1 is my tip.
