1. Room not ready even at 1 pm. It was made ready by 5 pm. 2. No kitchen no room service. 3. Tv not working. 4. Breakfast not available.

The location is very posh, and there are good and aesthetic restaurants nearby. About the room, it is spacious.

The room were not maintained very well. The basic amenities were not given, we had to ask for each item specifically, only then they provided us. Not so professional service. It was mentioned the rooms are soundproof, but we could hear other people from nearby rooms. The room we first got was smelling bad, so they shifted us to bigger room which had some faults which delayed our itinerary, they didn't prepare the room before giving it to us, even for the complementary bottle we had to ask all the time. Not at all worth for money that we paid.

The location of the hotel is convenient and close to pacific mall.Hence quite close to soo many things such as malls,cafes, clubs, shopping store,etc in walking distance

There was no facilities available on that price Such as no AC remote,No TV remote,No geyser in washroom.There was no water running in the taps and pot flush.
