I’ve never seen anything like this in my life—this hotel demands prebooking and sends a link to enter your credit card details. This is completely unsafe and ridiculous, especially with all the scams and card thefts happening online. I was absolutely disgusted and felt extremely insecure about this. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the so-called "luxury" of this hotel is an absolute joke. It’s filthy, old, and run-down. We tried to make some hot water, but the kettle was covered in grime! This was hands down the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Avoid this place like the plague!

Good location, clean and tidy accommodation

There are gap of information in finding the parking and ways to use the lift. It would be great if owner can provide the exact parking address.

facilities such as pool and spa closed when we visited Host not very helpful or hospitable during check in and check out only having 1 room key wasn’t very convenient

location was fine, and eating venues near was good. thank you for having portable aircon as it was a bit hot during the day and they did help make it a bit more comfortable.

rug in main living area needs to get rid off, was as tripping hazzard corners rug curled, I was carring a baby nearly tripped over, My grandson 3yrs tripped and just missed corner of the coffee table. Fan in lounge needs to get rid off, its broken and when you turn on it rattles really bad. I noticed when i plugged fan into the powerpoint the floor behined lounge had food nail clippings and carpet fluff, Please move lounge and vacum behind. TV port cable, you need to get a replacement cable it was missing silver bit inside plug for tv port. Bathrooms showers didnt feel clean could see grime. and carpet needs a good cleaning

Absolutely breathtaking views from the balcony. The apartment was cute, clean, and cozy, and Kalie was really responsive to our questions. We appreciated the small touches, including the wine and chocolates, as well as having Netflix available. The apartment is small but comfortable and good for up to 4 people. The location is good too - nice and close to restaurants and the city.

There were no blackout curtains in the apartments, so we were awake early with the light streaming in. Blackout curtains would make the apartment more comfortable. It wasn't Kalies fault, but the hot water was not working for the entire building for most of our stay. It was meant to be off for only 4 hours but it was actually off for about 10 hours which was disappointing.
