The underground parking doesn’t cater very well for bigger cars (200 series Land Cruiser)

Beautiful views of the ocean and beach. Quiet area yet close to dining options. Apartment was very clean and well set up.
Some of the information on the emails and guest portal was incorrect or out of date (eg internet code). I didn't actually get a response from the rental agency when I made these comments on emails I responded to so not sure what would have happened if I needed something urgently from them.

There is not 2 double beds as advertised. We specifically booked this apartment because thought had 2 double beds, only to find 1 double bed in 1 room & 2 single beds in the other room. Apartment overall is lovely but wasn’t overly clean as was dust everywhere & lounge suite is very grubby.

Beautifully appointed apartment and the location was perfect. Across the road from the beach and has many restaurants within walking distance. Perfect place to watch the sun setting over the water.

The apartment was very tastefully decorated throughout. The nautical theme was very suited to the beach area.

This apartment is clean, bright, light and quiet and well-equipped. We loved the the proximity to the ocean AND the ocean-view... and great sunsets.... all just a short walk to restaurants and supermarket. Perfect!
1. We were staying during a heatwave of 42+ degrees and air-conditioning in the second bedroom would have made our stay more comfortable.
Minor points:
2. It would be good to find a cupboard to store the ironing board so that it wasn't in the bedroom wardrobe.
3. Few more hangers would have been good.

The location was what makes this place.
The noise levels within the complex were too loud and neighbours partying on a week night was pretty poor form well into the night. The allocated car park is really tight and suitable for a small car only. This should be made very clear in the advertising talk track
