It is in a good central location in Leon. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby and not too far (15 minute walk) from the main bus and train stations although other pubic transportation is a block away. All female or all male dorms available.

Es increíble la falta de limpieza, no cambian los cobertores de las almohadas ni de la cama, olían a sudor y para colmo un insecto estampado en la almohada. No hay mantenimiento, la persiana externa de la ventana se calló espontáneamente mitad de la noche, un ruido estruendoso. El trato de personal es lo peor, no te dan indicaciones ni tampoco facilidades, las luces de mi habitación no funcionaban al inicio, el mando de la tv nunca funcionó, por último no me dejaron ni toallas....Para todo tienes que llamar, pero son extremadamente groseras, aparte de trasladar la culpa de sus deficiencias, cuelgan el teléfono. Por último, ponen excusas tontas, para no darte la hoja de reclamaciones, que por ley, debe estar a disposición. En fin, un desastre. No sé porque están en éste negocio, no tienen ni idea de hostelería y mucho menos de trato al cliente.

Old building. Walls are not soundproof between rooms.

This hostel is perfect for staying a few days in Leon. There is a kitchen with a big refrigerator that you can cook in, and a beautiful common room with a view of the fountain at the plaza Santo Domingo. It is close to several museums and the Cathedral.
The bathroom is shared, but if you can deal with that and four to a room it is the perfect place.

the location is so good. at the center of the city. and close to the main church and views. only 300 meters away. and 500 meters away there is a free overnight parking. daytime need to pay 0.3 euro per hour.

The description doesn't really do justice to this place. It is much better than most hostels but only slightly more expensive. I stayed in a dorm, but it had only four beds (two bunk beds). It had a wardrobe and tables. There is soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.
The kitchen is very well-equipped with a mini-oven, a microwave, paper towels, salt, sugar, and other condiments left by previous guests.
Everything is very very clean.
The bed linen is actually linen - not the disposable crap they give you to sleep on in other hostels.
The living room is spacious and comfortable.
The rooms are lockable and you have the key so you can come and go as you please.

The hostess is amazing and very helpful with everything and the location is perfect. The view from the hostel sitting room area looks over a wonderful water fountain and the cathedral is only up the road and plenty of restaurants and bars located around as well.

I would recommend to spend a night in this hotel if you want to feel at home: calm, relax and cosily. It is charming space: wooden floors and high ceilings. Our double room was with a balcony and a table on it and 2 chairs. Inside room was beautiful wall made of carved wooden doors. Comfortable bed. Bathroom is shared in the corridor and is very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Common space to rest with a view of the fountain.
Price is quite hight.

The 4bed dorm is TOO TIGHT for 4 people!! No air flow either, so in summer a fart can be deadly.

I enjoyed the stay a lot. Comfortable bed, everything was clean, great location just in the centre. The host Diego was super helpful and kind.
The room was a little bit cold by my standards, and there was some noise from the traffic and fountain, but I got quickly used to it.

The staff are very friendly. The location is fantastic. The room is very spacious. There are several shower rooms, which is convenient. The bidet and toilet are well equipped and the kitchen is excellent. The view from the drawing room is also very nice.
The room is too cold. The wood on the floor is so creaky that it is noisy whenever other people move. You can hear all the noise outside. AirPods are a must when sleeping.

Great location. This is my fourth time to stay in this property but the first time with the new owners. They were lovely. You can't beat the location. The rooms are nice, washer and dryer and living area all nice convinces. Be sure to get good directions as it is easy to miss.
