I like Akabane I think people should stay there

I messaged them this and they didn't respond after over a week, so here's my complaints 2 out of 3 of the beds were so hard and uncomfortable my friend and I shared the one comfy bed and my other friend now has a sore back. There's not a good way to dry clothes from the washing machine, there needs to be a line. The room is so humid that nothing dried even after 3 days. We dried some stuff outside and the wind blew it into the puddle on the balcony. The balcony is very awkward to use and my small friend had to do all of our washing because it's too uncomfortable for anyone bigger. All of the clothes even once washed, had a musty smell. The room felt so moist and wet like a sauna, it wasn't nice unless air-conditioning was on. Even when cold outside. There is no elevator and we had lots of bag, on the 3rd floor after walking all day long in Japan, it's also atop a pretty steep long hill or you can opt to walk through a shrine and do another 50 stairs. The walls are thin and we heard a lot of noise from upstairs and next door. The toilet seat isn't attached well and kept sliding when wiping.

We were staying 1 Week at Tokyo, we were looking for something just to sleep since we were out since morning till the end of the day and this place was perfect for us!! So close to the station that It was easy to get there, there were many stores like seven eleven, lawson and cafes that we had everything we needed!!

We were carrying big luggages and since the apparmenmt has no elevator we had to streuggle to get the suiitcases to the third floor D; hahahaha but I mean the place they warned us but we were reckless. Still we manage to get them there, we were 3 people so It was not imposible.
