Breakfast not included in price . Housekeeping was some on day 5 which I thought was unsatisfactory. I also had to ask for it to be done . Had to ask for extra bath towels, milk and coffee . Had to move rooms as noisy dog was next door.

I didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included. I didn’t like that I had to contact housekeeping to have room cleaned (which wasn’t cleaned daily) or to obtain extra milk and coffee.

We were charged twice for parking, and then we were charged for breakfast, which we had paid for prior to our stay. And after leaving it is very hard to get in touch with your staff.

The staff was amazing!!! Very helpful at all times.

The only thing was the room didn’t seem completely clean. I went to make myself some coffee and when I lifted the mug that was upside Down, there was a ring of coffee and the mug was dirty. The shower seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned all the way.

Spacious rooms, large bathroom and shower. Bar and restaurant are great. Good location for a campus visit. Walkable area.

The curb divider as you pull out of the drive, poor planning, remove it because you can’t see it. Several cars have driven over it and damaged their cars! Cars like the Toyota Avalon and Lexus 350 sit low and have a longer hood also the lighting under the entrance is poor during the day contributing to not seeing the divider. Perhaps if the city doesn’t let you remove put a large 4 ft high planter pot and flowers So it is more visible.

Very clean and staff was very nice.

Originally, I booked this hotel for its proximity to FSU. I was able to walk everywhere and did not require a car rental. It is very clean and spacious, and the service is top-notch. I loved the restaurant and speedy room service in the morning. However, the most incredible feature of this hotel is its caring staff. My son and I were getting extremely delayed with our flight home and were stuck in the lobby for hours. They provided us with so many complimentary amenities out of the goodness of their heart, in all of my years of travel, I have never experienced anything like that. Southern hospitality on a whole new level. I will never stay anywhere else during my future trips to FSU. Thank you, Indigo!!!

The friendliness of the staff was great, from the check-in (Leah), to the manager (Gloria), who was so kind to make us aware of the rooftop area. The location also is a plus as it is close to College Town and student apartments.

There was a funky smell in the lobby. It could have been that there were a lot of families with pets coming in and out. I would suggest maybe using a different cleaner or odorizer.

The staff was wonderful! Nice wine selection at the bar. Bed was comfy and we’d definitely stay again!

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I received a complimentary drink card for my guest and I upon check in which was a nice surprise! The staff was friendly and super helpful. Loved the view from the balcony on the 7th floor! I even received a text during my stay to check and make sure everything was ok. I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel soon!

It would have been nice to have free parking in the parking garage instead of on the street in front of the hotel. Complimentary breakfast would also have been a plus since the room was a bit expensive.
