This beautiful villa with a nice pool is located right on the beach. Well equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor dinning. Friendly and attentive staff provided us a great service.

One of the rooms was leaking from the roof onto the bed during heavy rain and the door lock was not working. Also the bathroom sink had a blockage. Frying pan provided had rusted away but they gave us a better one on request.

Great owner, staff, villa and location (right on the beach - which you have to yourself!) We were 2 families (4 adults, 6 kids age 7-14, had two villas) who spent 1 week here and had a great christmas holiday. The owner is very helpfull both when it comes to making the stay in the villas as good as possible and when it comes to practical arrangements for getting around. He also helped greatly with further travels and transport in Sri Lanka after we left the villas. There was a minibus and driver (very kind!) connected to the villas which is very practical for getting around (for a reasonable extra cost). The staff in the house too is very kind and service-minded and makes the stay very comfortable. Christmas eve as an example where both owner and staff really gave us a great evening on the beach with very nice food (even a very good christmas cake!) bonfire, sparkles and christmas hats:) A big thanks to Udi and his staff. We can recommend a stay in this villa!

What is not to like? We love Sri Lanka and its people - and this villa is recommended for a stay.

A beautiful house with a fantastic view on your own beach. The kids loved the waves of the ocean and of course the pool. The staf was very sweet and helpful. Thanks for everything!

The food and on site cooks and cleaners was amazing. The staff were all wonderful and the house is simply stunning, if I could live in a house like this for the rest of my days I would. The beach is private and almost empty 90% of the time we were there which was a treat and the upstairs veranda and seating areas generally were gorgeous. The house is very well equipped, has AC, good kitchen equipment and a huge fridge. There is not much you want for here. The villa is probably 15 minutes north of Hikkaduwa which is handy and they will also arrange trips for you as they have an on site driver Kumara who is excellent. We booked a dive trip and had a fabulous day's diving. The food is excellent too, we highly recommend the bbq grill option for the evening where we had an absolute feast of food.

It isn't entirely clear when booking that you are actually in a cluster of villas so we often had little children from the villa behind and next to us running down the side of the property to get to the beach etc. It didn't bother us particularly, they were all lovely, but it isn't quite as private as some people might like. Our pool was between us and another villa so not particularly private but then you had that incredible beach so who cares! The staff are also often about in the house cleaning etc. Again this is a lovely part of the service but as I was in the downstairs room which had lots of windows so maintaining privacy was a little challenging at times when changing! Minor minor things though and more just notes to know rather than negatives, the house is incredible!

excellent location near to the non tourist area of Ambalangoda which offers great shops and markets. for approx 1000srl you can get a tuck tuck to Hikkaduwa for tourist restaurants, gift shops and great beach. The villa was incredibly relaxing after a busy week of touring. The staff were very welcoming and the food was tasty.

The Wi-Fi was not available on the first day due to the internet provider. This was sorted on the second day.

This is the best place to stay in hikkaduwa. Without a doubt.

Beautifull villa very close to the ocean. Superbly equipped with everything you need to stay and the hosts were very helpfull. Cost ist also very nice and there was great swimming in the ocean!
