Staffing was great! Cleanliness was awesome! Location was perfect!

The shuttle was horrible filled up always after waiting for 2 to 3 to come only to tell you have to wait on next one this one is full!

We stay there for the San Destin wine festival which is perfect. The food, servers, bartenders were excellent.

Valet service was not consistent, they did not pay close attention to my vehicle, when we were checking out there was a group of people taking pictures and using my vehicle as a prop. I did not like that!

We had a fantastic dinner! The staff even provided special pasta for my son that has specific allergies. The manager even offered to hold my daughter when we were about to eat so I could enjoy my meal. We will definitely be back next year.

Super friendly and attentive staff

Sometimes valet was extremely busy would like the option to park my own car.

This is a beautiful property with great service. We stayed in a suite, and it was perfect for our family of 4. There is a lot to do with the marina next door, even when it was cold!

The gym is a little small, but other than that, it was perfect.

All clean, good service, nice pool area / bar, comfortable room!

Just the external shuttle can be improved. But this is not a Hotel fault, it’s a condominium fault. Drives not friendly and the round trip takes to long.

Contemporary decor, friendly staff

It’s one hotel in a big resort that caters to all levels, groups, corporations … while we were staying there they some Gala fundraiser that took away all the staff and left us the bar an restaurant with hardly any service. Roof top bar has a wide selection but bad drinks , beach area is over crowded They nickel and dime you for everything starting with the on-site parking …

Heated rooftop pool was nice, could enjoy when it was a little chilly.

Housekeeping was very poor, didn't show up two days in a row when requested. Took my EV down just to learn the chargers in the garage weren't working, that created real problems. When I asked if there was a spot with an electrical outlet I could plug my home charger into, I was told that wasn't an option. That was beyond belief to me.
