A great hotel for multiple reasons: – The food was great, especially dinners, breakfasts also were good but mostly repetitive – The room was also amazing (dazzling blue with sea view), had a lot of space and comfortable in general, for example it had two separate washbasins and a lot of space for all our stuff – The beach was really nice, however notice that in this part of Crete the wind and some small waves are a common thing

Usually you cannot find a sunbed near the pool, especially those located very close to it. Unless you stay in a line in the morning to take such sunbed. Wasn't a problem for us because the beach sunbeds are also very good

Clean & Relaxed

Our makeup and perfume got broken by the cleaner whilst we were out; was not cleaned up and broken glass was left on the floor for days. Dinner is not to a good standard; we left the hotel each evening for a meal. If you’re half board they should give you the opportunity to have lunch with the pool/snack bar instead of dinner.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service and staff were absolutely amazing! The food... wow! the buffet had such a great variety and the food was delicious. We stayed with our 17 months old daughter and they were so accomodating towards her. They even set up a crip and a baby robe in our room upon arrival without us having to requst it. This hotel is so amazing and I would recomment everyone to give it a try. The aesthetic in the hotel is so beautiful and gives the hotel such a luxurious vibe.

The rooms were wonderful and with it being a newly built hotel, everything worked as it should. I couldn’t fault the room we had. The location is good and a nice choice of bars on site to choose from. Also a beautiful view from the Pool Bar area.

The food is truly awful. This is a massive let down for this hotel. There are a variety of dishes to choose from the buffet but arguable the food is of a very low standard. There were some foods that had the wrong label in front of it so a warning to any guests with a food allergy. There is an extra charge for using the sauna and steam room which I didn’t like as the rooms are certainly not cheap. We were also told that it would be €80 for a late check out which I found to be too high a rate for wanting your hotel room for a few more hours. The Pool Bar Staff and the main restaurant staff are lovely. The people at reception could be friendlier. They were pleasant but didn’t go beyond what was required of them, if you needed information you had to keep asking for it.

Such a nice hotel, we had a lovely stay. Breakfast and diner was a 10/10. Clean room, service was great. Lovely staff!! Really had great convo’s with Mariam, Maria and Daria.
