Chambre très confortable avec une belle vue! Le petit-déjeuner est très bon. Tout était très propre et ça sentait bon un peu partout (dans escaliers, les draps, etc).

Il manque peut-être des articles de toilette (shampoing/gel douche). Je ne sais pas si c’était dû à un bug, mais la télé ne sortait plus de son après une certaine heure…

Sehr schöne einfache Unterkunft in guter Lage maximal 5 Ninuten vom Strand entfernt. Sehr netter Besitzer, schöne Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Haus, sehr sauber, heiße Dusche, gute harte Matratzen. Wir waren positiv überrascht von der Unterkunft und hatten weniger erwartet. Es gab sogar Duschgel und die Möglichkeit Gepäck einzuschließen. Für Mallorca sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Wir hatten das kleine längliche Zimmer (aka das Zugwaggonzimmer), indem die Betten hintereinander stehen. So, wie die Betten stehen, lässt sich die Tür zum Bad nur sehr schwer öffnen und man muss die Matratze anheben. Wir haben das Problem gelöst, indem wir vor dem schlafen die Betten etwas verschoben haben. Dann lässt sich die Zimmertür nicht mehr komplett öffnen, dafür funktioniert dann die Badtür. ;) Für uns stellte das kein großes Problem da, wir fanden die Unterkunft super. Ein Fön wäre noch super gewesen im Herbst.

Der Fernseher hat nicht so ganz einwandfrei funktioniert aber echt nicht schlimm. YouTube und Netflix war möglich.

Getting in - the details sent by the owner did not arrive and I had to call him. he was really helpful butn there may be something not right with booking.com communications

Location, price., aircon. The front suite is great, tall cielings, effectively has 3 sit out balconies, 2 out , 1 inside. great view of valley, afternoon/ evening sun. The little black cat who visits at breakfast time.

The first photo is NOT THE HOTEL, it shows the port which is a 20 minute walk away. Upststairs floors are very noisy early morning/ overnight. , you hear every footstep/draw opening, cupboard closing, and muffled conversation. Tired decor,external paint peeling.badly on windows. No hot drink /fridge facility in room. TV has no English channel or apps (eg netflix/amazon). Just a Single communal mini fridge downstairs. Repetitive cold breakfast: Fruit, bread,croissant,cheese, meats,tomatoes. After 3pm unstaffed and locked up. We had to take our cases out by 3pm but had 9pm taxi for airport.! Should be no smoking 🚭 on the tiny breakfast terrace while breakfast is served and folks are eating..

According to booking.com we booked a hotel room with a view (the provided pictures for this room category also showed rooms with windows). When we arrived, we were shocked to see that what we got barely qualified as a window (ca 15x15 cm on the upper part of the wall). Unfortunately, the manager was also not able to provide us another room. Since I was adamant about booking a room with a window when we were looking for accomodations, my husband and I feel mislead by the presentation on booking.com. Due to the small window, the air inside the room was stuffy most the time and it was quite dark and depressing. Also, the cabinet in the bathroom was quite rusty.

The room didn't have a proper window. Just one in the ceiling which you can't even reach to open if you need some fresh air. There is no way to hang the shower head to shower properly. The towels and sheets had some yellow stains on them. There is no space to put your wet clothes or towels to dry. They stay wet all the time and it's very uncomfortable. No small fridge in the room. The common fridge is very tiny. It was my birthday and I've got flowers delivery from my friend. I asked the stuff to put the flowers into my room while I was away. They didn't even think to put them in a vase. Just left them on the bed when it's 30+C outside. The breakfast is super simple. No warm dishes served. It's the same every day. I assume they don't have a proper kitchen.

Location is perfect for a stay near the beach. Lovely traditional house with pretty outside area. Good sized room with very comfortable bed. Good breakfast with nice selection of fresh foods. Lovely staff.

Great location, and good value for money

The location was great as it was away from the main bay by 50m so alot quieter than some other places, and yet so close to some fabulous restaurants. Its a small guest house with only a few rooms, and the people staying were from a varieties of countries. It reminded me of my travelling days. A lovely little shaded garden at the front to enjoy the good continental breakfast (and really good cafe con leche), plus a good place to hang out and stay out of the sun. The aircon was great which was a bonus as there was a heatwave!

The only thing I would say was missing was a bu=in and a mirror in the bedroom. They were available in the bathroom, so not a major deal.

Great location. We loved the style and decor of Hotel Port Sol which was both charming and comfortable. Cati, the manager, was welcoming and very helpful. Breakfasts under the courtyard pergola were delightful and delicious. The hotel exudes a peaceful charm.

the hotel was clean, had a great breakfast and the owner was super friendly. it’s a small hotel so you also have some interaction with other guests, which was fun. it’s not a luxury hotel, but it has everything you need.

it missed some basic facilities in the room, like a blow dryer and an iron. however, upon request this was provided. Overall it was a great stay, and not much I didn’t like about it.
