Mam mieszane uczucia do obiektu, ale tych negatywnych było więcej. Przede wszystkim było tanio i z bezpłatnym garażem. Do obiektu można łatwo się dostać przy pomocy kodu. Dokładne wskazówki od właściciela dotyczące dojazdu i wejścia za pomocą kodu (BARDZO WAŻNE: samochodem należy jechać tak jak właściciel proponuje w wiadomości, nie należy jechać jak podpowiada google maps - aplikacja poprowadzi tak wąskimi uliczkami, że dłuższy samochód może mieć problem na zakrętach.

Ubicado en un barrio marginal, daba miedo ir por esas calles. Calles malolientes, barrio magrebí y personas que parecían indigentes. Muy incómodo ir por esas calles para acceder al centro, no sabías si sonreír o saludar porque daba miedo y se nota que no eres de la zona. No recomendable tanto si vas con niños como si no. Es un bajo reformado, pequeño. La luz del baño se encendía sola de forma intermitente y por la noche hacia que fuera difícil dormir al ver que se iba encendiendo y apagando una luz sin haber nadie más en el apartamento. Parking de muy difícil acceso por lo estrecha que era la calle, no pude entrar el coche (coche familiar) porque no había margen de maniobra la calle. El piso está medio derruido por la parte trasera. Casa rehabilitada lo poco que sigue en pie. Cama de matrimonio muy dada, dos personas de peso 60-70 kg y te vencias al centro de la cama. Nada recomendable.

El apartamento estaba reformado y era agradable. Tenía todo lo necesario para una noche. El garaje en la misma propiedad es una gran ventaja. El trato de la anfitriona fue muy amable y la atención recibida muy buena.

La zona donde está situado el apartamento es muy céntrica pero tal y como se indica en otros comentarios, no es una zona muy segura.

We chose the property because besides visiting the city we wanted to use the washing machine advertised in the description. It turned out that the washing machine did not work (it took water but the drum did not turn). As a result we ended up with a pile of wet and dirty laundry that had to be washed by hand. The apartment is in a desperate need of renovation: there is mildew in the walls, the shower leaks and there is an omnipresent stench of sewage, the floor paneling is falling apart, the property was dirty when we arrived. The apartment is located in a dilapidated part of the city and one of the neighbouring buildings occupied by squatters who were using the street as a toilet and fighting until 2 am... we fell unsafe to leave the apartment with our children in the evening. As a result we barely slept and were exhausted the next day. Avoid booking and staying at this property!

Exceptional communication with the owner . Location was great , tidy and clean .

It’s tricky to park and to access the property with a big car . The shower had a funny smell.

A pain to get into. Very complicated with codes and trying to find where doors were. We didn’t know which car park to use and accidentally used another permanent residents. Also the pillows were lumpy. Booking. Com should have added that you had to take the sheets and pillowcases off even though you pay for cleaning.
