I loved the room, the fact that it has a kitchen and free bike rentals. The host was also wonderful, made me feel very welcomed and explained helped me out with anything i needed. I was just passing trough the little town but this place was more than i could have wished for

Pretty far from the train station and the city center if on foot. Or maybe i was just really tired when i got into town. Distance became completely irrelevant since they give you a free bike (just ask).

Lucca was very nice to us and let us use bikes.

Good value for accommodation near the coast of Fano-Senigallia. And bicycles available for a 3 minute ride to the beach.

Nothing really ~ only that the nearby coffee bar for breakfast was closed on Sunday, check-out day.

everything is well tidy. the landlord is a very responsive person. since we were traveling on a low-budget car, I recommend everyone to stay here. there is a car park near the house. the landlord allowed the use of a washing machine. The area is very quiet, as the locals live around. The host 's breakfast at the local bar was great. you can see that the landlord and his wife have put their heart to make this place like home for others.

Super clean place with modern furnishings and lovely decor. The mattress was top quality. Best nights sleep I had on my whole trip! There is a kitchen to do your own cooking and the common area is well lighted and again really clean. A bonus is also the soft towels. You can tell the owners put close attention to all details. And the owners were very accommodating and helpful. A very sweet couple that put a lot of love into the space. It's about 2 km from senigallia center and you can go along the beach road for a nice scene.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent room, service, cleanliness! 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. Nice area to stay in. We loved everything, it was a great value for money! Also the included breakfast was nice, in a bar in the neighborhood, very close. Beds were really comfortable!
