Buenas instalaciones y excelente la atención del personal

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas.

En la habitación que nos tocó, se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los autos por la mañana, pero estoy seguro que hay otras habitaciones que no tienen ese problema, ya que están más alejadas de la calle. Consultaré antes de mi próxima reserva, porque el lugar realmente vale la pena.

Great hotel in a nice part of the city. Not ideal for tourism because is like 15 min away from downtown but in our case wasn't an issue. Beautiful and large room with amenities. Breakfast at a restaurant next to the hotel was first class experience. Definitely will go back.

it’s a very attractive property and would be the perfect spot to rent out entirely and host a wedding or other private event. The staff could not be more pleasant or helpful.

While the beds are comfortable, it would be really nice to have a couple of easy chairs in the huge bedrooms we rented and some outdoor furniture on the balcony. it claimed the pool was heated - it wasn’t and is freezing cold. it was the reason we chose this hotel. Il Forno’s food is mediocre at best. Never warm enough and expensive. The vast, modern bathrooms are an exhibitionst’s delight. No door other than one for the WC (Thank goodness!). Bella Vista is a misnomer unless one considers looking at the very pretty courtyard a vista.

location, staff was helpful and friendly, very clean food was great also. I really liked they had a restaurant and valet parking.

we got rooms close to the road so you can hear the morning traffic.
