The stay was great

My husband and I stayed here in late March and the view was just as pictured - so lovely. The bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was very large and luxurious. The property was great, with two very nice pools with amazing views, and a restaurant and little cafe downstairs. Close walking distance to other restaurants too. I recommend Sharkbite! VRBO manager was very responsive too. Nice stay!

Janus was a great host and extremely responsive and helpful. She gave very clear instructions ahead of our stay and we had no problems finding or accessing the building. Tip - if you put the actual address in the GPS (we used Waze), it will bring you to the direct entrance, no problem. Her studio was perfect for the two of us and contained everything we needed for our stay including beach equipment and coolers. Upon our first day at the beach, the umbrella had been broken by a previous guest and she coordinated with her assistant to leave us a brand new one which was waiting for us at the door upon our return. The surrounding area has some great restaurants and a grocery store ~5 minute drive down the road. Smith Reef beach is great for snorkeling but the beach is a little smaller and slanted; Bight beach park only a few minutes away has a bit more room, more flat, and is a pretty quick walk (10-15 min) to Coral Gardens for snorkeling and Somewhere Cafe.

I had a great time here, loved the location and the facility. Owner was available if needed but everything went smooth. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and good restaurants within walking distance if I wanted a meal out. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided. This area could use a convenience store for small supplies but the grocery store (taxi needed) had everything you could need to stay awhile. I will definately book again.

Instructions for the stay were easy to follow. No issues. Recommend renting from Bob’s Scooters if you’re looking to rent a car - we rented a car for a couple of days while we were there and it’s walkable from the property. There were several restaurants that we walked to from the property. The closest beach is a little rockier but great snorkeling there.

I wouldn’t even know. No address. No locals could find. No contact. No answer. I want my $$ back AND the difference I had to pay for another place. You ruined my trip completely. NEVER. AGAIN!!! Worst day ever on any trip in any country my entire life.

We had a great stay at the studio condo. The bed was very comfortable & it was nice to have a mini kitchen. View was fabulous. We loved the resort & the location is great. It is within walking distance of several restaurants. We loved Magoreef restaurant, great happy hour. I think a few more bath towels & maybe better beach chairs are my only suggestions to make the experience even better. The tv worked great & has lots of channels but it is a little low on the wall & a little to close to one side of the bed. Overall it was a wonderful vacation.

Studio kitchen was well stocked and had containers for left over food (could use an exhaust fan). A full fridge was good to have to store our food/drinks. The view was awesome and the resort is well kept (beautiful flowers and trimmed shrubs). Location is close to the beach (Smith Reef), some really good restaurants within walking distance. Chairs/umbrella were in the room for guest to use and could be replaced with newer ones. The owner was great at leaving information about things to do, where to eat and clear instructions on the A/C etc. Overall, it was great for the two of us and we would stay at this VRBO listing agian.

Perfect sized apartment for a couple has everything you would need for a perfect vacation…..best part is this wonderful beach less than 10 min walk away you should 100% check out

Many thanks to Janusz and working with us last minute for a 3 night stay in TCI in March. The pricing for this studio condo, it’s amenities and the property made it very worthwhile, as we searched days on end for something within our budget. A small kitchenette with coffee maker, toaster, fridge microwave and a 2 seater table was just fine our needs for the short stay. A large spacious bathroom with all the fixings such as extra towels, sunscreen, shampoo/toiletries, a hair dryer and beach towels (both big wins for us with carry on only). The bedroom view was fantastic, the bed/bedding and TV satellite was great as well. no issues with the WiFi, better than some large hotels we’ve had on other islands. A pool area, loungers, umbrellas and hot tub were perfect and had great views of the coast. Within an easy walk was 6 restaurants including casual cafes/ marina side bars and our favourite - Mango Reef, dining under the stars on the marina wharf with the freshest seafood and really decent happy hour bar. It was a 10 minute drive from the airport ($20us), a small gelato and breakfast cafe on site at Vista Azul villas downstairs from us. Just over a 5 minute walk (sidewalk/sandy path) away, was the Bight Beach and coast, part of the National Park system with beach reefs within easy reach. The water was clear, and turquoise in colour along the powder white sands, walk along the beach to the resorts in the Bight Area (1km), or past Beaches resort to Grace Bay and it’s multitude of resorts, dining and shopping (3km). Check out the Bay Bistro at Sibonne for its brunch on the weekends, with the best beach views from your table. Dinner favs. at Hemingway’s on the Grace Bay or the Coco Bistro set in a Palm Grove just inland from the Grace Bay roundabout. Taxi’s are expensive ($20 OW from our resort to Grace Bay) but easy to use and order in advance, nothing is far, just not always convenient. The one item missing in the Turtle Cove marina area where the unit is located, is a corner store. You had to plan ahead when in Grace Bay shopping or dining, to pick up supplies, water, etc, before you headed back, or it was a $10 taxi to nearest large grocery store each way. With the local condos, villas and marina traffic, it’s a business to be had. Overall it was a great find for our first visit TCI, and definitely not our last !
