Everything about our stay was fabulous from the entire staff to the accommodations , free breakfast. Loved our stay.

Location was great for the plans we had. We didn't try any of the breakfast but was in the area and it look delightful.

We were very disappointed in the parking especially with it being wet and cold. There were construction vehicles that were using 50% of the parking. My husband was very upset and called front desk to complain.

It was very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable with extra towels and blankets in the closet if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make a meal if we didn’t want to go out.

The breakfast selection was poor. The serving staff was a tad rude, when asked about the options that were listed in the informational pamphlet they would shrug and say “we don’t got that”.

As I was walking in , someone was walking out with their dog and it smelt bad! Had the hallway and elevator STINK!

The hotel is clean and most of the staff is wonderful. Breakfast had enough options for my girls and myself.

When checking out, I was approached by one of the housekeepers. He asked what room I was leaving from. I told him the room number but stressed that I wasn't done checking out. I told him NOT to go in my room because I wasn't done. (My daughters were in the room.) It was only 930 or so, and I had to make multiple trips to pack my car. When I came back upstairs, the housekeeper I spoke to and another man were by my room door. When I came around the corner, they both jumped and tried to scurry away. I went off!!! Why are 2 men by my room door? If you weren't up to no good, why scurry away, like you were caught in the act? Sex trafficking is real, and this could have ended a lot worse. This would be the one reason to prevent me from booking this hotel again. And it sucks because everything else was perfect.

my only complaint was coming in at night around 10:00 pm parking was difficult-due to 7 or more big construction work trucks parking parallel on 5-6 parking spots for almost each work vehicle-the desk staff did help in securing a spot-but both nights we were there we had to ask for help.
