Not much.

Breakfast cereal was stale. Fruit was not fresh. Rest of breakfast was average. Not very clean. First room was still dirty. Wasn’t given another room. It wasn’t much better. Hair in sink and tub. Dirty and severely stained floor.

The staff at this hotel were absolutley fantastic. Very welcoming and the Hotel was in a perfect location for our needs. Very comfortable and it was close enough to enjoy the beautiful town of Summerville. We will be back for sure

the location was rather convenient and easy to find. parking was not an issue. staff was very warm and friendly for the most part. ms. emma in the kitchen and ms. cynthia at the front desk were wonderful. other guests told me they had unpleasant encounters with the owners of the establishment, but i did not interact with any of the owners. the gym was also clean and tidy, and was conveniently located across from the elevator.

there were many things but my biggest concern was that this hotel has a .... pest control issue. there was a dead roach on the floor behind the door when we first walked in. there were five of us in a one bedroom suite at 10pm on a saturday night, so we knew it was highly unlikely for us to find a similar room at a different hotel nearby. so we notified the woman at the front desk right away. at first she tried to insinuate we were lying or brought it with us because she claimed she checked the cleanliness of the rooms herself before we checked in.... then she only offered me 10% off my stay but after a bit of dialogue, she agreed to take 50% off instead. fine. so we went back to the room and began to prepare for bed. the toilet didn't flush, the sheets on the beds were dirty with stains and footprints, and there was no linen for the sofa bed in the room. i went back downstairs to request clean linen, at which point the same woman provided the "we're understaffed and don't have enough housekeepers" excuse. we said we understood and went on about our night. we woke up the next morning to two more (obviously live) roaches crawling up the wall in the living area of the suite! we immediately checked out and notified the front desk again. this time, there was a lovely woman there who was very remorseful and apologetic. ms. cynthia-maria informed us that she would comp our rooms and even offered to help us book our next stay when we come back to town. i'm not sure if we would consider staying there again, but our interaction with her was very very pleasant.

dirt, big cockroaches, thin walls, all I heard was stomping and slamming from check in to check out. had to kill big cockroach and they tried to charge me 60$ in the middle of the night. could change rooms because it was sold out. employee told me that workers called out the whole weekend.

The employees were really nice and made me feel welcome. I will definitely stay again when I am in the Charleston SC area.

Bath tub/Shower kept dripping. Couldn't get it to shut off...

Temperature control in room..too warm..air cond. didn't respond when trying to make it cooler. Bathroom sink drain(rm.219) needs attention..repeatedly came unhooked so wouldn't stay open

was assigned to three different rooms within the first 20 minutes. first one door wouldn’t open after several tries, second was small and ac wasn’t great. third was great.
