Excellent place for a family get-together! Lots of bedrooms with enough separation for multiple families to stay together. Kitchen was big enough and the open living areas were really conducive to the kind of gathering we were looking for.

Had a great time with the family on an extended weekend getaway!

The place was very nice and clean, however we had issues that we received zero help. On Saturday we had a clogged toilet. There wasn't #2 left behind but the water didn't drain in the master bathroom. I contacted the customer service 4 times which they always replied someone will contact us soon. After 8 hours and 4 requests, I fixed the toilet myself. Without a plunger provided it was a lot more work. The freezer wasn't set so we lost $50 worth of desserts. I don't own that fridge and Google was difficult to follow. We couldn't eat any of the treats we brought for the weekend or the birthday celebration.Very disappointed. When in the hot tub we received a failure warning to turn off the breaker to reset it. It didn't work the rest of the night. The next morning I tried the ones in the garage but it was a different one outside. I wasn't going to call, I had a ticket for the toilet that no one was coming to help. No one responded until after we left and I explained I'd be leaving a poor review. I would give less than a star if possible, I shouldn't have to worry about a toilet, freezer working and hot tub on vacation.

We had 2 families of 5 stay for the week. It was a large and comfortable home, well stocked, with easy access to Park City. We looked forward to soaking in the outdoor hot tub after a long day of skiing!

Very enjoyable. We would stay again. Thank you!

All was great with the house. Very dog friendly and loved the hot tub and game/fitness room at the association. We love Park City and did some nice hiking.

Great place for a large group and our small dog. Had a great time, loved that there was enough seating in the living room for all seven adults. Be prepared for a lot of stairs. Only suggestions would be to come prepared in the kitchen area to avoid a Walmart trip. We rent for vacations often, but this is only the second place we’ve stayed at that is managed by Vacasa. They don’t provide kitchen wash cloths, only a small, cheap spongy thing that can’t really wipe off countertops and tables very well, so we purchased some. There were absolutely no edible items in the house, including salt and pepper, and spices, which we’ve found to be available in other properties. No plastic wrap or foil. Pans for cooking were odd sizes for cooking for a group. That said, we would stay here again.

We loved that the living room, dining room and kitchen space was roomy enough to accommodate our whole family (6 adults and 7 kids) hanging out, playing games and cooking together. Being able to walk to the pool and playground was convenient. The complex is quiet at night.

We had so much fun staying at this rental home! We loved the hot tub and other amenities. The location was great, we felt close to the restaurants and shops but it was quiet and not too busy. The only thing that could have improved our stay was more pool towels, we could only find 2. Overall, it was a wonderful and spacious place!

Very comfortably property. Accommodated two families, all adults. It is located about 4 miles from Park City center. The plus is you are in a quiet condo community and being in PC would be convenient but noisy and parking is difficult. The negative (slight) is all stores are by Park City but you can just coordinate grocery stops with trips back from skiing. Hot tub is a PLUS! Would stay again.

I’ve been both a renter and a vacation home owner for VRBO and AirBNB, and this is my first Vacasa experience on either platform. It will be my last. I have stayed in vacation rentals all over the world, including in some third world countries, and this was by far my worst experience to date.
The hot tub was not functioning when we arrived, and the water was green and murky. It took three days (of a five day stay) to get someone to come and fix it. I have requested a partial refund and heard nothing back on that. As a general rule, when a vacationer filters for a house with a hot tub, it’s a given that they would like the hot tub to be functioning when they arrive. It’s also a given that when someone goes on vacation, they don’t want to sit on the phone, whether on hold or talking to an unhelpful customer service person, for upwards of three hours rather than relaxing with their friends that they haven’t seen in two years because of a global pandemic. Needless to say, the first 36 hours of my experience were neither relaxing nor enjoyable because of this.
The customer service experience was abysmal. The person dealing with text exchanges was infuriatingly dismissive, the first person we called assured us someone would be there in the morning and then when no one came, we called again and the person said that there was never a ticket entered and was rude to my friend who was calling to follow up. Two of the five/six people I/we talked to were actually helpful. Everyone else was either rude, dismissive, or unhelpful. I also reported that the filtered water, both in the fridge and at the sink were only coming out in a drip. Two of the people I spoke to said they'd entered that into the system as a maintenance request, and that it would be delt with when the hot tub was fixed, but no one ever came to deal with that in any way.
Just about everything in the house was the absolute bottom of the barrel. The bunk beds in the bunk room were frighteningly rickety, and my friends were nervous to sleep on the top bunks. We ended up putting mattresses on the floor instead. No one over 80lbs should be on the top bunk, and it should be stated in the listing that this room is for small children only. The beds were wobbly, cheap, and the mattresses were just air and springs. Very uncomfortable. Also, the lock to the bathroom on the main floor wasn’t installed properly, so doesn’t lock, affording no privacy to the occupant of the bathroom. The blinds in the master bedroom also didn’t work and had to remain closed during our whole stay.
In the listing, the max occupancy of the house is 12 people with a five-day minimum stay this time of year. Vacasa notes that there’s a “starter amount” of laundry and dish detergent, dish soap, TP, garbage bags etc. I’m not exaggerating when I say that the bottle of dish soap was 3 inches tall and one inch wide and not full. It was comically small and comically inadequate. There were also 12 bath towels and 12 beach towels. So for a 5-day minimum stay in a house set for 12 people, everyone has to use one—and only one—bath towel, one—and only one—beach towel, unless they want to do laundry on their 5-day vacation, and likely go out and buy more laundry detergent. Not a single extra towel, wash cloth, hand towel, nothing. Not one spare. Heaven forbid someone spill something. One of the top floor bedrooms had two sheets on the bed, no comforter, no blanket, nothing in the closets — during ski season when it’s freezing outside. The other bed on the top floor was so uncomfortable that the person using that room ended up sleeping on the floor after waking up on the first morning unable to turn her head. She’s 35 years old and in great shape, so this isn’t a case of a high-maintenance person. The day bed on the bottom floor had a bottom sheet only, no top sheet, and when the bed from underneath was pulled out, the wheels fell off immediately.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Centrally located, we were able to ski, ice skate and check out a variety of restaurants. The hot tub right in the back was icing on the cake. We created lots of fun family memories. Thank you!!

This house was exactly what we needed for this last minute Fall stay, spacious and comfortable and only a short drive to downtown Park City. This is our second stay at this house and it didn't disappoint us. The large private hot tub is a real treat! We didn't have the kids this time, but last winter we did and it was great to have a large room with bunk beds for kids to share. I love this little community, it feels like home away from home, the amenities are great with the club house and gym available. The main family room is large and the kitchen is well equipped, it accommodates large groups perfectly and there is a lot of room to socialize. We will be back again! This is one of the best cost benefit deals in town, you get a lot of space and privacy for your money.

The house was great. It was spacious and extremely clean and comfy. We were on family vacation with small kids and everyone had lots of fun and plenty of space.

We really enjoyed our time at this home. We spent time in Heber City and Park City. If we had more time we would have loved to hike an do more activities. Communication with the property manager was great. We may have left behind a small journal with hedgehogs on the cover. Is there any way to recover it?

This location, although not in Park City, is only a ten minute drive to PC and all of the stores, restaurants, and shops. I loved how quiet it was and not being the "hustle" of things.
The house is huge and although the sheets, etc are on the cheaper side, it was comfortable for the most part. The blinds in the master did not work , so we were unable to cool it down to sleep by opening the windows. Because the place is so huge, the AC does not distribute the air well enough to the bedrooms to cool it down for our liking to a nice sleeping temp. I slept very poorly the entire week because of this. Otherwise, house is great and I would recommend it. I am not sure I would book it again in the summertime though because I was so sleep deprived due to the room being too hot. I tried to go sleep in the basement on the third night, but the bunks bed mattresses are terrible and only made for kids in my opinion. If you don't mind sleeping in a little warmer of a temp, this would not be a problem though!

The townhouse was very roomy, with bedrooms on all three floors for nice privacy. Kitchen was well equipped. The dining room chairs were very uncomfortable, and the couch a bit too. The beds were very comfortable. A little ways from the crowds in Park City, but definitely close enough to enjoy everything. Would be happy to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay-updated, very comfortable and clean. We'll stocked for the most park but would have liked a few things added- foil, plastic wrap, etc. Overall, a pleasure!

We have been to Park City many times and stayed in many nightly rentals, but this place was a treat! The neighborhood is very close to downtown Park City, yet it feels private and away from the crowds. Our kids absolutely loved the house's private hot tub .. brand new and large with many features. The shared club house is also great and offers a small gym and an outdoor pool and hot tub. The house is very spacious and there is a lot of room to play. We were only a family of four but the house easily accommodates a large group with multiple families. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need to cook a feast and we really enjoyed all the cool glassware offered for different cocktails and wine, very fun feature! The house is very comfortable and nicely appointed, it was very clean and well maintained. We can't wait to come back with extended family and stay longer. I imagine this place would be perfect for a winter getaway as well since it's so cozy and close to the slopes. Can't wait to be back!

Roomy and convenient
Close to pcmr/ski destinations with enough space for two families. Overall the unit needs refreshing and Vacasa less responsive than a private owner.

Great place
Great place to stay if you are skiing Park City. Condo was bright and clean when we arrived. Kitchen is stocked with every appliance you may need and there are even a few detergent pods provided if you need to do a load of laundry. Due to CoVid, the pantry does not have any basic supplies- only salt and pepper- so be prepared to purchase everything you need to cook. Plenty of space- we had two families including 4 children and a grandma and everyone had ample space and privacy when needed. One very minor issue arose while we were there and maintenance was very quick to respond and address. Easy ten minute drive to the slopes. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would recommend.

The properties in a nice location that part was good but the garage was piled high with real garbage
Garage is pile High with real garbage we had to try and get it out it couldn’t even fit in the garbage can dining room table was missing six of the chair all broken and all in the garage no warning of that one of the plugs you could see was electrically shorted out and had a small burn mark in the bunk room. The snow is piled higher the entry door we could not get in that normal route we had to only use the garage not very happy at all

Great ski vacation home
Good location for Park City and Deer Valley. Great setup for 8 adults and 2 dogs.

Needs some upgrading
The pictures of the property looked much newer and updated than the actual house. The sofa has stains all over it, the dining room chairs were all broken and the bedding is below par. Also, some of the bathrooms didn’t have starter soaps and shampoos, no ESPN package and bad internet connection. For the price we paid, I expected to at least have decent bedding and upgraded furniture, especially considering how far out of town it is.

It was clean. We were going to barbecue but the barbecue was in the garage and we had to carry it around and hook it up .

Everything about this rental was smooth. We had a great time in Park City!

Great for Families
Lots of space for our family of 5. We enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen had all the basics but don’t expect any extras like salt/pepper. Laundry area has starter amounts of detergent but no fabric softener. None of these are deal breakers but are nice when rentals have them. Would recommend to others.

Super place to stay!
This was a great location in between Heber and Park City. The space was perfect for 10 adults. Love the back patio with the private hot tub. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean, well-appointed condo in quiet location
My wife and I recommend this dog-friendly property. It was very clean and well-appointed from the kitchen utensils/cookware, to the family room furnishings, to the bedrooms. The location is quiet, and local neighbors are friendly and welcoming. There is a nice field with walking trails and a nearby reservoir for dog to exert some energy. The location is an easy 10-minutes drive to the heart of Park City.

Great unit… hot tub was excellent!
We would have loved to stay longer. The spaciousness of this unit is fantastic. We had 12 people staying in the unit and 5 visitors one evening and never felt crowded. The hot tub and. Pool house was perfect for fun for all ages. Overall, I would stay here again anytime.

Property not ready for us
The property had not been cleaned when we arrived at 4. pm due to a communication error between the housekeeper and property management, but after a phone call, the maids arrived and had it cleaned by 6. o'clock. The manager then refunded our cleaning fee.

Great Place to Stay
The space is super nice, clean, well equipped and as described on Vacasa. We stayed midweek in Sept and so It was off season with not all units filled in the development. Which made it super quiet for us. Bigger development is still getting built out. Right now there is no food, drink or other businesses to walk to. Which is fine during COVID when those things are less attractive. We would totally stay there again.

Family getaway.
We loved this townhome. Is very spacious and has everything you need. Is very well stocked with all you need for kids high chair, there own dinnerware, gates for the stairs, and pack and play. Kitchen had everything you need. It’s the best stocked kitchen I have seen. The hot tub was great right there on the patio can jump in whenever you want and they have plenty of towels for you. We didn’t use anything at the club house the one time we went over there was a party of some kind going on. The couples that stayed in the upstairs bathrooms said their beds were a little to firm. We will be back if we return to this area.
