Easy access from Main Street and across street from Heber City’s central park hosting holiday events made this location worth the stop. It has potential!

Ironically - there was a blank card for guests to note items needing maintenance. It seemed odd until the arm of a chair lifted up without the chair.

Thoughtfulness and friendliness of owner/manager. We knew what our room would be like. We appreciated the large table and also large cabinet next to the sink (separate from toilet and tub). The bed was comfortable too.

location was OK, difficult to get in and out of because of traffic

The room was not clean, mold in the bathroom around the tub. No staff, had to use outside phone to call and wait for someone. There was no breakfast, just a 10% discount at the restaurant next door

The room was very clean and the beds were awesomely comfortable. The toiletries were excellent. We liked Heber City and it was a perfect place for us to stay midway between Reno and our destination in Colorado. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great. No complaints.

The pillows weren’t the best and the room is dated.

I didn't know there WAS breakfast! But I got a great sandwich the night I arrived at the ,(very popular) place next door! I liked that there was a big coffee pot in my room with Maxwell House coffee. And the top-quality popcorn was a nice touch. OH! And lots of big fluffy white towels! And the swings!👍

There was a dirty washcloth draped over the bathtub water spout- I assume it was the maid's cleaning rag? A lamp on the desk would be nice, rather than the glaring overhead light!

First , The desk clerk. She was very polite . Then the fact of having being able to enjoy A Jacuzzi for the very first time. Then the Bed , so comfortable. My night stay was Great.
