Everything was so easy!! The ocean view from the pool is beautiful!! Loves everything about this place!!!

Condo is always very nice. This condo has not had any updates in bathrooms. Master bath needs a little work- toilet wouldn’t work due to broken handle (had to remove lid to flush), master shower had no pressure and and door to shower in bad condition. Other than master bath everything else was great! Beautiful view, easy check in and out.

The property as a whole was in excellent condition. Our check in went easy The apartment was clean and well maintained. Views were best you will find. The staff were helpful and courteous. Elevators were fast. Beach was not crowded. Beach chairs & umbrella that were provided with our room were a big plus. Even the pool was very well maintained. Only thing thing that was not what I’d hoped for was the Hot tub was out of order, but was told would be working at a date to which we weren’t no longer going to be staying.

Overall this is a great space. The location on the beach is wonderful and the parking just below is perfect. Elevators were available timely. The condo seemed clean although we realized the floors were not clean as our feet became dirty from walking around. This condo could use some updates. Mattresses in both guest rooms not comfortable and overall the decor is dated but beachy. The sheets were ok, not great. And no pillowcases for the extra pillows. One problem we had: we didn’t receive an email to register for parking and faced a boot and $100 fine. Thankfully we inquired and avoided that nightmare. Balcony is great w nice furniture. Trash shoot is conveniently located.

The view was amazing! Living room furniture could use some refreshing. Our sheets in the master were very scratchy. Again view was amazing which was what we wanted, a view. Beach is gorgeous. We are not sure if we’d stay in Panama City again, lots of construction right now. But if you want a place with a view with sleeping for 6, this condo worked out great.

This property was perfect for our family of seven. There was plenty of space so we weren't piled on top of each other. The view from the balcony was perfect. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay. It was peaceful. The beach was never too crowded. There was plenty of parking. There's three elevators and we never had to wait for one. There are stores close by and even the ones that aren't within walking distance aren't too far. We would definitely book here again.

Beaches were not very crowded, easy access to Pier Park, great views of ocean from balcony. The condo was very clean when entering. We had 6 people ages 12-40 and we all enjoyed our stay.

Really nice place.. looks just as pictures. Only issue would be shower heads seem pretty weak... but still ok... just picky on that.. place stocked well. Had plenty of room for family of 6

Was a graduation gift four 4 ,18 year old heading off to college. Six stayed had plenty of room. 3bed 3bath. Beautiful rooms and very ample kitchen and living room. Balcony was great with 2 tables and plenty chairs. Had come with washer dryer. Had 3 body boards for ocean fun. 3 elevators that we=e very fast and never had to wait.. with parking right under the resort.. so close to everything.. 1 mile to Pier Park. Walk to CVS and Winn Dixie. Very clean. Just remember to bring own beach towels. Loved it. Everyone in property moment were so helpful. Thank you all.

The property manager who handles this condo was absolutely amazing! She handled all our needs and exceeded our expectations. The condo itself was perfect! Beautiful view, clean, comfortable, and well equipped! We will certainly return in the future to this same condo. Thanks!

Loved this property. It’s on a quieter end of town which was great for the beach (not as busy). It does make for longer drive times to some restaurants, but it was manageable. Only issue with cleanliness was some mold in one shower, but that was solved with $3 Walmart purchase of mold and mildew cleaner(which we left as a donation). Layout was great, balcony is perfect and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Parking was difficult, spaces are very small

Property was great, just floors a little to dirty but not sure how to help that with people in and out all day… beach was amazing and everything near by to do things at! Maybe could have a little more necessities on sight like more toilet paper and paper towels, pizza cutter.

Enjoyed everything about our stay, definitely coming back!

Complex is very nice. Parking situation is awful due to size of spaces and size of vehicles. Our unit was very nice with exception of filthy/nasty floors.

The view of the beach and ocean is incredibly beautiful. We loved opening the sliding glass door to listen to the sounds of the waves each evening and morning. Just a few minutes drive from many good restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay!

Love love this place! Super clean and well kept, and the view at the ocean is incredible! We love our week there and the owner kept everything pristine and updated. Palazzo is also in a more quiet part of town and the condo building and amenities themselves are also superb. I like convenience also do not want to live in super heavy traffic area and this stay certainly fit what I was looking for! Thank you we had an incredible time!

Condo was beautiful, clean and perfect for our long weekend get a way to celebrate our daughters 18th Birthday. Tonya was very responsive to any questions I had throughout our stay. Location was very convenient to Pier Park, Winn Dixie and CVS. Looking forward to staying here again when it warms up a little. 😊

There are so many wonderful attributes about this property! My top favorites are: 1. The size of the kitchen; You can actually cook in this condo. There's plenty of countertop space and pantry storage! 2. The large balcony - we only had 4 in our travel group but you could easily have 6-8 comfortably. There's plenty of seating on the balcony and the sunset views were amazing (from the 11th floor)! We caught the sunset every night! 3. The 3 bathrooms are all good sizes. The master bath is huge and we like the separate vanity area with the tall linen and closet so multiple people can get ready at the same time. 4. Location! The condo is only 1.3 miles from Pier Park and right of highway 79 so it makes for quick access from the main highway. This condo is on the west side of PCB and its nice and quiet!!! Also Winn Dixie grocery is about 1/4 of a mile away. 5. The decor - very tasteful! The beds are very comfortable too. 6. The pool and hot tub deck are located on the 5th floor so you have more amazing views from that area. We will definitely stay here again. It was our first time staying on the beach in PCB and we thought it was perfect for a relaxing Thanksgiving week!

Other than hurricane Sally we had a fantastic time and the hosts were extremely accommodating we will choose this place again
