Puspa (one of the hotel staff) is one of the assets of the hotel. Really friendly, speaks proper English, always happy to help (very responsive over whatsapp). The room and bathroom were very clean, with a great view from the terrace. Lovely swimming pool. Great view on Mount Batur.

Breakfast service needed to be communicated the night before, which was an issue sometimes if you’re out for drinks or dinners. You can arrange that easily over whatsapp as well. We did need to reach out on breakfast arrangements ourselves the first day though. Besides Puspa, no other staff is good in English. Not even understanding it. So might need to improve there. A lot of the light bulbs/cases are broken and piling out of its case all over the garden. They’re build in the stairs, so that makes it dangerous when stepping down the stairs. Should be a quick fix.

Die Unterkunft überzeugt vor allem mit ihrer Lage und dem Pool. Das Hotel besteht nur aus 5 Hütten, sodass es sehr privat ist und man den Pool sehr oft für sich alleine hat. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei Anliegen (Scootervermietung, Organisation von Fährtickets, Taxifahrten etc.) Das Frühstück ist okay und kann jeden Abend neu gewählt werden. Es gibt immer einen Obstteller dazu, sodass die Portion ausreichend ist.

Wie hier oft erwähnt, ist die Zufahrtsstraße etwas holprig. Allerdings ist dies kein Problem, wenn man relativ sicher darin ist, Scooter zu fahren. (Zu Fuß ist es natürlich etwas steil und anstrengend zu laufen, was man aber bei einem Hotel auf einem Berg auch so erwarten kann) Wir hatten vermutlich Schimmel an der Klimaanlage und unser Duschkopf war kaputt.

Amazing views and pool, very quiet and peaceful.

Sheets were dirty and door to outdoor bathroom had huge gaps so let the mozzies in. Just a few little touches would have made it spectacular.

I did not order the breakfast.

A cover for the bath in case it gets cold at night would be better.

Amazing staff! Really helpful, friendly and polite. Probably the best view of Bali from Nusa Penida. Amazing infinity pool. Its a little bit tricky to arrive to the hotel, but using the GPS it is very easy. Very good breakfasts, scooter rental service included (cheaper than outside the hotel, and you will save A LOT of money in taxis, use it). Another tip: go to Nusa Penida with cash, there are very few ATMs on the island (4/5) which are a little bit far from the hotel, and they dont work always. Very paceful place, far from noises, in the middle of the nature.

The property had the most beautiful views! It was so peaceful and quiet! We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast each morning! The staff were lovely and very helpful with arranging transport to ports and trips etc! The rooms were lovely and clean and the half outside bathroom was beautiful! Felt like a spa! Would definitely stay here again!

There were no faults with the property! I would just mention the location isn’t as easy to access unless you have car/private driver or motor bike. As the hotel is up a hill and a bit out the way but thats what we loved about it! We walked down to the town where there were a few lovely restaurant’s and it was only about 15 minute walk which we didn’t mind as we enjoy walking. The hotel helped us arrange a private driver for the day to take us to all the different beach points and it was very reasonably priced. They pick up and drop off at hotel. So not faults just bare in mind you may want to arrange transport or motorbike as no grab or uber on the island.

The staff and the Villa were great.

There was no alcohol, and the food menu was limited.

No hand towels or wash cloths. Menu extremely limited and small. Little food selection is difficult especially when the hotel is far from amenities.

the towels does not seem to be washed properly, had a funky smell to it. the restraurant food options needs major improvement! this is such a beautiful resort, please work on better food items on site!

The scenery was truly breathtaking and the bedroom was extremely cozy, but the real standout feature was undoubtedly the bathroom - it was absolutely fantastic!

The road to reach the hotel could be challenging, so it's advisable to be a skilled motorbike rider or opt for a taxi.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in Bali! The view from the hotel is breathtaking, the staff is really super nice. I highly recommend it if you are in Nusa Penida!
