Great view of the lake from balcony and the bed. Everything looked and smells clean. Everyone was super nice , friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was very nice as well.

Need a car to get around for sure. Not much available around the hotel. The buses are not reliable. They stows up once an hour, often full and at times do not stop at the bus stop across the hotel. Taxi is not always available and even if they are it takes 18 min to come by. We regretted not renting a car. The wifi was spotty and disconnected as soon as we walked out to the balcony.

Comfort, staff ,meals view from balcony, and parking. Staff was particularly pleasant and helpful. Meals, in house, were a terrific bonus and were excellent. Parking was easy to use, right in hotel property.

Hotel new and with a nice view on the lake. Rooms are big enough and with many comforts. Good breakfast.

is placed on a really narrow street completely dark during evening, not suggested if u carry trolley or with small children. Taxi are never coming in this place and the only solutions are to use the hotel taxi service overpriced or go to harbour by feet. Problem only with the check out for overpriced extra bed (a poor inflatable mattress) charged for a child of 5 years not considered in the reservation since as stated there was no need of extra bed especially of that kind…. As suggested better ask an overcharge for a child than use the poor extra bed trick never requested.

Excellent boutique hotel with a personal experience and a very welcome stuff. amazing lake view from the huge room. convenient and large beds. perfect access from the road to the parking lot and a very good location just near the shore edge of the lake.Magnificent breakfast - Everything was fresh juicy with local fruits and cheese....

The dinner was not my cup of tea. Expensive and below average.

The room was large with beautiful furniture, comfortable bed with various pillows. The bathroom was also large and had very good quality amenities. Breakfast and dinner were very well cooked with fresh products.

Our room was a corner room and we couldn't enjoy the full view.

instead of being in busy Como, we relaxed in Torno, about 20 minutes north. We were greeted at the train station and driven by Alessandro ( forgive me if I misspelled). Our room was large and with a spectacular view of Lake Como. Our favorite parts of our stay we’re watching the lights come on in the towns on the lake, and watching as each morning grew brighter. We chose to have room service both nights, and the food was delicious. There’s coffee in the room and breakfast is included on a sunny patio. Roberta, the general manager, was welcoming and could answer our questions. It’s a happy walk down to the town harbor to get on the ferries.

the only drawback is not the property itself, which is modern and well furnished… but , it is above the road. from time to time, the traffic is a little noisy.
