Spacious, quiet, clean rooms.

Beautiful location, excellent home with all amenities one can need. Ideal even for a long stay. View from the apartment was great as well. We checked in a little late and it was very well coordinated by the hosts. There was ample cooling, as the apartment can get a bit warm, so no problems for us. Overall great, would love to come back again

Quiet and less busy place to stay and visit Ticino area. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is comfortable.
We stayed for 3 nights but should have been there longer.

The room was clean and comfy, kitchen had everything you need to cook a dinner. Perfect place to visit the coasts of Lake Maggiore.

Nice flat between Bellinzona and Locarno in a small and quiet village. The flat is not big but has all you need
There is not much maybe only that the walls are not very isolated so you can always hear your neighbours

Super helpful owners. They even sorted out a parking permit for my car. I would most definitely repeat going there in the future. Location is good as well as quiet enough for some home office work.
the pizzeria next door is a must
To be honest, there wasnt a lot that I didn't like, everything was good, I'm super happy I stayed there.

We were met by Marco right upon arrival and got all needed instructions about the apartment and area around - that was extremely nice and helpful.

It was in a quiet village away from the main street/ but just 5 minutes away from Aldi and Denner. Hiking trails were just minutes way. And Locarno, Ascona and Belinzona were very close and easily reachable by bus and train if you have no car. Pizza and other dishes are served right below the property if you do not want to cook. And when it rained we could watch Netflix. Overall it was very convenient. There was a small problem with the bathroom sink which the property owner came and fixed immediately.
We were given a pass to put in our car allowing us free 24 hr. parking anywhere in the village. But in the evenings it was harder to find a parking spot close to the property. On 2 occasions we could not park directly across from the property. But the streets we never busy, so dropping things off in front of the property was not a problem.

Everything was great and comfortable. Nice bed, complete kitchen and the place was so clean. Great pizzeria in the building too!
We had to park on the road but they provided a permit so it was free - and the area is safe.
