When we arrived in our room there was no remote for the TV , I called the desk and they brought one to the room.
Then I discovered we had no wash cloths, I called but after 20-30 minutes I walked around the building to the office to get wash cloths and an extra blanket because the heat wasn't turned on when we arrived and we had to turn it on and wait for it to get the room warm. (it didn't take too long) We were there because my husband was starting Chemotherapy the next day and there was 6 inches of snow predicted and we live 45 minutes from the hospital (in normal weather conditions)

The property was maintained upon arrival and the check in desk and business center were clean upon checking in. The area felt safe and other Hotels and other restaraunts were close. Quiet during the night and the price was amazing. We will definitely stay here again if in Cookeville TN.

The room main door had a large see through hole in it covered with tape Then saw several doors with holes in them. The bed comforters had stains on them.

The location was perfect, Room was clean, bed was comfy, area was quiet, and the staff was super helpful and friendly.
Our sink had a slow drain the curtain in our room didn’t go all the way down so we had to put our bags in-front of the window but it was just minor things.

the breakfast wasn’t set out when we went down to get some. the hotel itself is kind of hidden so I had a hard time finding it.
