got overcharged for a Sunday night when we checked out Saturday morning.

Nice location, restaurant on property, super clean and most friendly staff. The breakfast was wonderful as well. not to mention they have free postcards!

comfortable bed, nice shower, strong coffee at the breakfast buffet. I couldn’t get over the wonderful sound of the songbirds in nearby trees the next morning. beautiful.

felt humid in the room & the smell was like old smoke or musty. we blasted the a/c and this helped somewhat.

The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. The staff was also very nice.

we didn’t realize that it was a hotel where each room entered from the outside of the hotel. There was only one elevator (too far from our room) and no luggage carts, which was extremely inconvenient. We had to lug our stuff from the car into the room with great difficulty.

I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice our stay was here!! We got in super late after the Taylor Swift concert and the woman working the front desk was so sweet. She was welcoming and very helpful. It is clear that this place takes safety seriously by getting the make, license plate, and state of registration of all guests cars. As two college girls traveling together, safety is an absolute MUST and the Thunderbird delivered. The room was very clean and the shower had great water pressure. The beds were very comfortable with very plush pillows and soft sheets. In the morning we stopped by the free breakfast before heading out and the options were right on par with any hotel continental breakfast. There were also lots of grab and go options like Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and single-portion cereals. Check-in and check-out were a breeze as well. Will absolutely stay here again!!

The maids were fantastic. They made our beds and replenished our towels, etcetera.

The room smelled so strongly of cigarettes that my son couldn't stay in the room with us because the smell triggered a mild asthma attack. We were in room 201.

Breakfast was great, shower was hot bed was comfortable

everything was good besides the cleaning people just walked in my room in the a.m while I was still in bed at 9:30 a.m

It was very cold and dungeon- like. It was not somewhere I felt comfortable staying. Very old and dingy. Wi-fi did not work. There were people hanging out in the motel lobby using their laptops because the wifi's didn't work in the rooms. The floors were veneers. No carpet, no hardwood, not even a throw rug. Bed's were on old metal bed frames that were rusted. Felt like this was where old hotel beds, spreads and furniture go to die. I would not stay here again. It provided a very basic lodging but nothing more. The price was more than a nice hotel.

Staff a nightmare... I would never stay at this location again. Overcharged , treated horribly , unprofessional, disgusting excuse for hospitality... breakfast was good ...

Anything that had to do with the staff. Had to stay longer than expected , 3 weeks at not one time did we get clean sheets towels, a friendly smile or gesture. Staff is horrible
