Couldn't tell you because you double booked and we had to go elsewhere.

The fact that I was put under stress because you double booked. Paid for. My children and I were tired , hungry, and didn't know if we would have a place to stay until until 8pm. Absolutely, horrendous experience.

I liked everything

It was very clean, the staff were very welcoming! Pool bar offered good priced snacks and drinks! Pool area was very clean and quiet during my stay. I had an issue with accommodation at another place and they promptly sorted it to extend my stay here which was I was beyond grateful for! Had a great stay at this hotel!!

Had to pay a premium for air conditioning in your room which i decided not to do but it was fairly priced if you chose to go down that route!

great location, nice pool and grounds and a lovely quite location although you could use the facilities next door if you wanted more life.

Clean tidy rooms, owner very pleasant. Location also very good.

Perfect central location, close to everything but in a peaceful location. The studios are spotless, large rooms, very modern bathroom, large balcony with a beautiful view of pool and sea. There is a peaceful vibe around the place. The staff can’t do enough for you even on call for 24 hours for any emergencies. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is simply fantastic. The location is approx 10 mins from the airport in a taxi. It’s tucked away in a quiet location which faces the sun all day long. The town/strip of kalamaki is a 5 minute walk, the beach approx 10 mins (the beach wasn’t great in our opinion). The rooms are big, spotless and comfortable. You pay extra for air con but it’s fantastic. We had a new bathroom with wonderful shower. The main part of the room had a comfortable large double bed, fridge, safe, kitchen appliances and very nice balcony. The rooms are cleaned daily and spotless. The pool area is large and the pool great. Plenty sun beds and parasols to go around. There is a small pool bar which has a great selection of drinks from freezing cold Mythos to bottled water at 50¢ a bottle. The food here was also perfect for lunch. A small menu of basic food just done well. Finally the staff, a family run hotel and you are undoubtedly treated as part of the family. Nothing is too much trouble and they’re all lovely. We will 100% return, as do many of the guests. A wonderful holiday, thankyou Kalidonio!

Nothing, a truly wonderful place. The pillows were slightly hard but that’s preference.

Very clean room ,shower , maintained to very good standard by lovely cleaning lady, also lady owner very good made us feel at home .pool bar snacks good , nice pool. We had lovely holiday .

Everything is spotless all of the time. Bedding and towels changed every 3 days. Pool is perfect depth

the space and equipments in the room are great. it also has a nice swimming pool, important in this hot summer. very clean and nice balcony.

we need to pay addtional 7eru of air condition fees per day, which I did not see it on website before. but the air condition works good.

Just perfect. Absolute gem of a place. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you to the family for looking after us so well.

Could not fault this accommodation. Fotini, Yiannis and Maria could not do enough for us. Claude the maid kept our room spotless and regularly changed our sheets and towels. She was always bright and cheery. We had many pool snacks at the bar and again the standard was excellent. Freshly prepared to order. The rooms are very spacious with a beautiful bathroom and proper shower enclosures. We had a kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. The bed was very comfortable too. Perfect location too - 5 minute walk to the beach and the strip where there are many restaurants. The family work so hard in this extreme heat and nothing is an effort for them. They certainly go the extra mile. We have been coming here twice a year for the past 8 years apart from the Covid affected time. We notice that a lot of the people are regulars like ourselves. This place is certainly the jewel in the crown in Kalamaki as far as we are concerned. Yiannis works extremely hard keeping the beautiful surrounding gardens immaculate. Sincere thanks to you all for ensuring we are going home feeling relaxed and happy. Hope to see you all soon. I would definitely recommend the Kalidonio you won’t be disappointed. Yammas.

Absolutely nothing. This place is sheer perfection.

The hotel has a really good location in Kalamaki: everything is near, but you still can enjoy the calmness of a quiet street, relatively close to the beach. There is place for parking your car in the shade, the pool is well-maintained. Rooms are big enough and tidy, the bed is comfy. We got to know about the air-con policy in advance so it was not a problem. The staff is very nice, every single request of ours were fulfilled.

Even though we knew that there will be no wifi in the studio, we still missed it a bit.

Long story short stay away from this place. Starting from location which is not accurate on booking we had very unpleasant welcome . Owner lady in her 60s tried to convince us we have to pay local tax (50c a night) claiming it's 1.50¢ per person per night. I would mind paying 9€ extra as long this was explained but when I checked it on travelers website apparently for this class hotel it's 50¢ a night per room. Anyway we had a feeling this should be included in the price. Lady owner wasn't allowing us to talk back and gave us a feeling we getting this place to cheap. The she pulled another cannon saying we have to pay for air conditioning. 7€ a day. When I dared to ask why this wasn't mentioned earlier and not visible In booking advertising I was called a trouble maker and told if I don't pay I won't get a room key. I decided to contact booking just to clarify this. Meanwhile lady owner was calling several people and in loud manner explaining the issue she is facing now. Before I've reached booking customer service she threw keys on the reception desk saying it's ok and we don't have to pay but this is first time she is facing situation like this and as an extremely honest person she feels we mistreated her ( when you check other comments you can clearly see this is ongoing problem) Well we decided to move in to the room as we were already tired. Since then we haven't been greated in the reception or having any interaction with any staff member as the were giving us a feeling we aren't welcome. Also as an guest you are not allowed to bring any drinks from your hotel room to swimming pool area due to tax issues ( this is what it says on every swimming pool area table ) again I check this with my Greek friend and also other places we've been visiting and this is completely false. I could write more about hotel staff and owners behaviours but I think this is enough. Thanks and stay away from this place.
