Accessibility to supermarket- restaurants- pharmacy- beaches etc , Food was great too , I guess I’ve put on weight 😃; staff were super friendly and supportive.

none of the pool was heated so during October it is cold . it takes a while to get adjusted to the pool 🏊‍♀️ water . beds were not supercomfy and the noise from other rooms were audible. there is sewage and stingy toilet smell mostly in and around toilets .

very good location, just right next to the main street with bars and suvenirs. Amazing staff, everyone very helpfull and smiley. good size of pools, also with pool toys and matteraces which can be used by guests. good food, every day something different, something for everyone, beef, Chicken, fish, pasta etc, good selection of sweets

-Room shower water temperature hard to control. Either too hot or too cold -Water leakage from Shower -Bed very firm. Improved it by adding supplied winter blankets under cover to make more comfortable -Wifi in room touch and go. Very good next to pool

Most Staff were all really lovely, great location to the main strip and beach.

The shower flooded the bathroom every night which left the floor lethal. Staff came in everyday to make bed etc but didn't feel that cleaning 2 mugs which are provided was their job! Food was ok but dining area is like a school canteen, choice of alcohol on offer very poor. The air conditioning is ridiculously loud, I feel for anyone that stayed height of season as there's no way they would have had any sleep! We booked this as a cheap holiday and got what we paid for, certainly not a 4 star hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. great location for the bars and shops. the beach is only 10 minute walk, The staff was very helpful .The food was very well cooked though breakfast sometimes a bit cold. There are 2 pools with plenty of sun loungers to choose from.

There is no comfortable seating area besides two sofas in reception. The dinning room is also the bar at night so you are surrounded by all the dinners and the food when you may only want to have a drink. There are some seating outside but the chairs are uncomfortable

The service and the stuff was very good ..also the room with the private pool

Nice food, mostly fresh, leftovers were made into something else for the next day which was still very good. Great salad and huge red tomatoes! Pork was delicious and Gyros to die for. Staff were brilliant, all inclusive cocktails were served in plastic cups and were pretty abismal, nothing fancy at all! Lager was on tap and easy to grab, pool bar service was great and service very good indeed.

The shower went from hot to cold to very hot to cold to hot etc etc.... Funny smell by our room some evenings which worked its way into the room but not very noticeable. Other than that not many negatives at all!

it is really good hotel , very calm, just nice tourists around, not so many young people. The food was almost every day different and it was very tasty. From seafood till transitional Greek food . The swimming pool was clean and quite big. always was snacks by the pool . The room was big, air conditioner was working very good. All was perfect

Overall amazing experience. The staff went out of their way to accommodate each need we had, even installed a bolt on the doors so that our toddler could not leave the room unattended! They were all very nice, kind and always with a smile on their face! Enjoyed the food variety in each meal, the cocktails, the pool, location, the entertainment, as well as the peace and quiet. Our room was ideally located near the pool area so we could come back and forth to our room with ease.

Didn't like the water as it was kinda salty for drinking, hence undrinkable at least for us, also in ice form it ruined most coffees but again the receptionist was happy to order for me my coffee each morning.

The hotel staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. I was particularly happy in that I did not have to worry about cooking or cleaning and the family were able to eat and drink as much as they wanted when they wanted. The food was superb and there was LOTS!

Sunbeds availability, guests' blocking sunbeds before pool starts - as anywhere actually, but this could be sorted easily.

On the first night because our plane had been delayed we missed dinner. The staff was very nice and kept some food for us after the closing time

The shower in our room had no glass protection and water went everywhere after every shower. They could use some improvement.

Rooms were clean - daily cleaning service with fresh towels (you have to leave them on the floor). The superior rooms have an epic bathroom. Food was fine. Staff was friendly. We spent most of our time outdoors exploring the island. The position is great - the Kalamaki beach is one of the best on the island and its a short walk from the hotel. We rented bicycles from "Tony" for half a day for half the price (way cheaper than in Laganas).

The "superior" rooms are situated right below the dining area. Everyday until about 11pm its super noisy (music) and about 07:00-08:00 you get woken up by chairs getting pulled across the floor. Definitely not ideal for light sleepers or people who like to sleep-in. The superior rooms are also situated right across from public toilet/showers, the smell in front of our room was sometimes funky. Bad stuff listed above is being repeatedly pointed out by visitors, if you ask the receptionist she will most likely move you to a normal room if possible. Nothing they can do about that i guess.
