We had a great time and condo was nice and comfortable,close to the beach and had everything we needed for the beach

This was 1st time staying in this area and it was a beautiful area. There is aTrolley you can take to Clearwater and down to St Petersburg. Slyce Pizza was very good but they have many places to eat. This is a good family place to stay and the condo had almost everything you need. The laundry was basically right outside the condo so that was very convenient.

The condo was great. It was very clean and came with everything you need for a beach vacation. Easy to find and close to many restaurants.

The beach here was amazing . Condo met our needs very large . Beds were comfortable.

Tom and Michelle’s place was fantastic, great location and a wonderful apartment. The carpeted living space was a nice surprise, making it more homey than other rentals. And the closet full of sand toys and beach chairs was super helpful! We would stay again for sure.

This unit is in bad need of updates and detailed cleaning. Ceiling fans had lots of dust on them so we did not turn them on. Kitchen island vertical service had smudge marks from probably feet or food. Vertical blinds in the living room are missing three or four blinds. Bedroom blinds are not room darkening and lets light from the aterum. The furniture is filthy and needed to be covered with beach towels to feel comfortable sitting. Carpet is old and also filthy. The bed did not have fitted sheets but the host did replace the sheets. Towels are old as well,host added more towels after request. It is not in my nature to post a critical review put we feel we were cheated. It was disappointing... The area is great and renting elsewhere next year.

Spacious condo, nice comfortable furniture, everything you need for beach time is in the closet. Chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and much more. Just get off the elevator and the beach is there. Off Gulf blvd in a great location many restaurants and stores can be walked to. We will stay her again

We stayed over the 4th and overall had a very good experience. Pros: PIctures on VRBO don't do the condo enough justice - good furniture, kitchen amenities, cleanliness and living area. It's very large, good for families with young kids. Beach and pool extremely close. There is excellent sound insulation on the street side - barely heard traffic while sitting in the living area. The owners were responsive and had good check in/out details prior to and upon arrival and provided a key for the stairwell, which it seems may not be the case for all of the units in the building (see below). Cons: The elevator malfunctioned several times during our stay. 3 instances of guests stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes while waiting on the fire dept to arrive. The elevator was closed for multiple days of our trip which meant we had to use the stairwell. The onsite managers would not allow the stairwell door to be propped open, which is understandable, however this meant keeping a stairwell key on your person at all times to return to your floor. Second floor unit so climb is not bad for younger but may be tough for older renters. Bedrooms are on inside of the building and the noise from the halls can be very loud even after quiet hours. Water pressure (particularly toilet) is very weak. I understand building issues are out of the owners hands so I rated a 5 for condo and owner help, but they have to be considered when renting and it would bring my true rating down to a 4.

This was the perfect spot for my family. We came for a softball tournament that was in Madeira beach. We were only 12 minutes away from the beautiful fields and only steps to get to the water. I recommend this condo. The owner was great with communication.

The location is great really just steps to the beautiful beach. The owners had chairs, beach toys, small cooler, and more for us to use. The condo was spacious and as described in the listing. Condo was clean and had a nice pool. We will rent again if in the area.

First family vacation and it waa great! The convenient location, full kitchen, and all the beach items you need readily available made this a relaxing time.

Property was fantastic, just know they had lots of chairs,umbrellas, kids buckets, fishing pools, and kitchen was stocked. They had a blender! Only thing was a strainer for noodles. We will probably thank rebook for next year. Place was very spacious. Codes needed work on the buttons, took usually two times for elevator. But no biggie

We wanted a relaxing get away and this was exactly the place. It was spacious and had everything we needed and wanted. The beach access was absolutely incredible and the porch was a comfortable place to relax after dinner. Overall it was perfect.

Great location. Beach is amazing right out the door steps. Restaurants are great. Owners have a closet with everything you need to have a perfect beach day.

We loved this property. It had everything we needed during our stay, including the BBQ grills. The condo had access to the beach, which was a lifesaver for us since we were with our toddler. The city has amazing restaurants and it just feels very homey.

Everything was great! They even had beach items for us to use. Everything is really included. Just need to bring your clothes and food. Beach is steps away.

It was hard to find a property that had two beds in the second bedroom but this one did and that is why we choose it. It was very clean except the lower kitchen cupboards could do with a good cleaning. The kitchen was well stocked. I would stay there again.

Email with instructions was very thorough and listing was accurate. We really appreciated being able to have our own space on the beach while visiting my parents and siblings, and being centrally located amongst them meant no drive longer than 15 minutes! Would definitely consider staying in this property again, although would prefer gulfview rather than streetview suite.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very spacious. Location is great. Hosts were very helpful. We loved the beach! The condo has everything you’d ever need for the beach. We would definitely go back!

Parking in our designated space upon arrival and throughout our stay was an issue however, we were simply directed to another space. We had major issues trying to get television to work and never were able to change chanels without a hassle. There were no beach towels provided as indicated in the description. The closet door in the master bedroom and the toilet seat in the hall bath need attention. Otherwise, the condo was clean and comfortable. Only real downside was the multiple codes that had to be used to get access in and out of elevator, condo, beach and pool. The owners responded quickly to our issues and were very helpful in attempting to resolve them.

Property was overall very comfortable and as advertised. Owners were helpful and responsive if we had a question. A beach view would have been nice but was not a major issue since we were literally on the beach. Only having one parking spot was somewhat of an inconvenience but the lot manager there was very good to manage availability of a vehicle other than ours to be there on a temporary basis while they enjoyed the beach with us. This was very much appreciated!

We had such a nice time. Condo was exactly as presented online, and super comfortable. It felt great to come back to after a long day. Loved the location, it is such a beautiful area! We loved being able to walk right out back to the beach as well. The hosts were so helpful and responded very quickly. Can’t say enough good things about it.
