Zimmergröße, Sauberkeit, Service, Pool und Lage waren für uns ausgezeichnet. Die Terrasse vor jedem Zimmer lädt zum Verweilen ein und die Möglichkeit, Pool als auch das Meer zur Abkühlung zu nutzen ist sehr gut. Allerdings ist der Strand extrem steinig und für empfindliche Füße schwierig, doch das ist kein Problem Die Auswahl beim morgendlichen Frühstück, sofern es in Buffetform erfolgte, war sehr gut und ausreichend.

Da das Frühstück auch oft - leider - unerwartet à la carte angeboten wurde, war die Auswahl hier tatsächlich sehr begrenzt und man musste ziemlich lange auf seine Bestellung warten. Die Qualität war jedoch in Ordnung.

Seaview Roomを予約。ビーチが目の前で、海が綺麗に見えた。プールも大きくて奇麗でした。部屋は広くて奇麗です。間取りが裏側に荷物置き場とクローゼットがあり、ドレッサー机もあるので便利。ロケーションも良いと思います。Amedは横長の村なので、移動は歩く、バイクを借りる、流しのタクシー、の3種類くらいしかありませんが、このホテルの正面がコンビニのIndomartなので、水を買ったりするのは便利。歩ける範囲に、ホテルを出て右に行くとタイ料理屋とベーカリー、左に行くとギリシャ料理屋、フレンチ、周りには地元の魚料理店もあって、便利。マッサージ店も近くに数軒ありました。晩御飯のチョイスがいろいろあるので、楽しめます。

シャワーのお湯の温度が低くて、コンプレーンしたらすぐにエンジニアが来て直したけれど、やっぱりちょっと温いままだった。WiFiは全く期待できません。映画のDLとか無理な感じ。WiFiもっと強化してほしい。水は、ガラスの瓶に入ったミネラルウオーターを1日2本呉れるけど、ちょっと足らないので、自分でコンビニに行き２Lミネラルウオーターのボトルを買ってきた。朝ご飯のチョイスは、あまり豊富ではないが、十分。ロールパンが美味しい。

Helles und geräumiges Zimmer. Für 1,2 Nächte auf jeden Fall gut. Preis-Leistung auch super! Lage prima! Wir würden für die Durchreise wieder in diesem Hotel schlafen.

Zimmer sehen von der Sauberkeit her nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Man müsste mal mit einem Hochdruckreiniger durch das Zimmer gehen. Das Bad ist auch ziemlich abgenutzt.

Staff were fantastic, food was great, room was good with a great view, pool was awesome.

I specifically advised, well before our arrival, that I was there to dive, and I wanted to dive every day. I am a certified rescue diver. First day I asked about the dive center and was expecting they would have everything ready early for my diving. Dive center didn't open until 8am. Very late for a dive center. When I went back after 8am was told by the staff, who spoke very little English, the owner had gone to Denpasar for the day. So, I missed out on an entire day of diving. Hence on the first day, when I had missed all of the other dive centers, as most leave by 8am for the day of diving, I went to another dive center just down the road and organized all my diving for the rest of the trip.

Have stayed here before so was happy to return.

Breakfast was good on first day when ordered from menu. The next 3 days when they had more guests they put out a pretty poor buffet. The staff on breakfast were nice enough to cook us what we wanted from the menu. but only because we asked. Thankyou to breakfast staff, but management need to better on breakfast. Also the fridge in room is useless. It will get things slightly cool only. No good for beer or drinks. Management know about this but do nothing about it. Stayed here last year and was the same then.

I had a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View - it was a huge room with heaps of cupboards to unpack fully with wonderful views of the gardens and overlooking the ocean right from my bed. The views during the day from the pool of Mt Agung and the sunsets from the beach were just stunning. The location of the Seamount Hotel was perfect with many Warungs on the beach front next door or out in the street. Opposite the entrance is an Indomart with auto teller machine inside. Laundry services, scooter hire, drivers, massage shops all located in the street within walking distance. Staff at hotel were just lovely and very accommodating.

The bed was one of the hardest I've ever had in all my travels to Bali. I did ask for mattress topper but they brought me another dooner and placed that over the mattress which didn't make much difference. I folded the dooner and another rug in the room to place on the bed to try and make more comfortable. The fridge was not a fridge but one of those cool boxes however there was nothing cool about it. They swapped it out for another but this was exactly the same and other guests said the same thing. I ended up getting ice twice a day from the restaurant in a container and keeping my fresh milk and cold drinks in that. It was actually cooler to keep it on the bench in the AC room rather than in the cool box which was hotter.
